Hiding Space Westgate Apartments

Exceptionally clean apartment, everything there that you could possibly need, complimentary coffee pods (for a really nice coffee), water, tea and milk was such a thoughtful extra. The location is ideal for exploring Bath as it is so central. Bed was super comfortable.

Be prepared for noise from the square below, which is to be expected as you are in central Bath, maybe earplugs if you think you might struggle with this. The outlook onto the square and the convenience of the location I personally feel outways the noise disturbance!

The check-in and check-out were very easy and the apartment was clean, modern and lovely. Enough amenities in the toilet and enough towels for the 4 of us. The daily cleaning service is also a nice plus! We loved everything about it.

The apartment was fully equipped and in light of the very hot weather, 2 fans were also provided. It was exceptionally clean, the provision of toiletries were above expectations. The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location.

Checking in was difficult. I had paid and checked in online days before, then had to check in again when I got to the apartment. As a result, I was charged twice (as unable to progress unless I paid). Although sorted, I won't get my refund for up to 5 days which I think is a bit naughty. Clearly a miscommunication with computers!

I never received the door code. Was stuck outside for an hour until a guest open me the door. Did my check in online as well as on the computer at reception. Instructions said the room door will be opened for 10 mins but it was locked. I never received the code for the key lock. Had to call the company, I was transferred to somebody who finally helped me and gave me the codes. The check in process was completely broken. We lost 2 hours with our suitcase. There were also homeless people right in front of the door.
