The staff I haven't met anyway - all communications was exclusively by email and sms - wasn’t be able to answer a simple question

It was good to have Milk / tea/ coffee provided . We didn’t do any cooking as we ate out most of the time, but we were pre -advised about the hob as it had a fault (waiting for a part ) but they replaced it with a portable 2 ring cooker, so that was fine . The WiFi was a bit difficult to connect to at first but eventually my friend was able to access the internet .
I will say my friend and myself found that both beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped. I found myself rolling more to the right side of the bed. Also would have liked to have seen a small bin bag in the bathroom bin.

Tout. Emplacement idéal face aux Thermes Romains et à proximité des attractions majeures de Bath. Literie très confortable, 2 salles de bains avec baignoire, un salon avec cuisine ouverte bien équipée, etc… Excellente communication avec les gestionnaires.
Rien. Tout etait parfait.
