Very special, "oldie-worldy" victoriana relaxed stay.

Absolutely beautiful, traditional decor with added festive touches for Christmas stay, beds ever so comfy, arrived early but no trouble with contact and able to enter early. Extra special treats for us on arrival. A very special place.

Unable to park outside or along the road of the property, so juggled between car parks, would suggest the best one to use was the large public carpark directly behind the apartments, as this one was 24 hours at a time. Towards the evening and into the night there was a slight sewage smell rising out of the main bathroom.

A great stay, fabulous location and host

The host allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than the booking time and also we could leave it in the apartment until we left Bath, which was very useful and convenient for us. The location is great, very close and within easy walking distance to the main parts of Bath. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and all the beds were very comfortable indeed. There is a working TV, which was easy to operate and we were lucky to watch the Lionesses win the Women's EUROS final. There is a large table in the kitchen which was great for everyone eating together

As mentioned in other reviews there are lots of stairs, but that wasn't a problem for our group. Although the furniture was of a certain style, the chairs had clearly been repaired several times, and one chair in the kitchen did collapse while we were having dinner on the last evening. Luckily the woman sitting on it wasn't hurt and the host did collect the chair and took it off the premises the next morning. Hopefully the chairs were all checked over before the next guests arrived

Cute charming apartment very convenient to town, attractions and train station!

Charming convenient apartment right near the train station and restaurants, very close to tourist attractions too. This apartment has old charm but many modern conveniences so it was comfortble(fans for hot weather in the bedrooms). Price was very reasonable.

As mentioned, we loved this apartment for our family of 4. Although the apartment was cleaned well before our arrival, the sofas were a little dirty in the living room, sand the apartment had some overall wear and tear I'm sure from frequent usage.

Cozy Comfortable Third floor flat close to the sites of Bath

The location of this flat is excellent. It was easy for us to walk to the Pump Room for afternoon tea and to the Roman Baths. Everything has felt close-by. The flat has a cozy feel to it. The rooms are well furnished. It is a top-floor flat, so the ceilings are a bit lower than other UK flats. The kitchen is the best equipped that we have had. We found open parking on the street each night for our car and parked in the near-by Avon pay-for parking during each day.

It is a third floor flat, so once into the building, we climbed three flights of stairs to the top flat. I wasn't expecting so many stairs to the flat. Once in, the bedrooms are another flight up from the living room and kitchen. The main bathroom had a strong smell when we were here for three nights. We sprayed our Lysol spray and the air freshener often to try to address it.

Great place with everything you need, right in the heart of Bath.

Beautiful flat with everything you need right in the center of Bath and walking distance to tours, shopping, grocery, tourist attractions, etc.

There are 40 stairs (4 sets of 10) to get to the apartment. This may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues.

The best stay - a gorgeous apartment and perfectly located for visiting Bath !

We had the most wonderful stay at this perfectly located apartment. The flat is exactly as pictured. All of the basic necessities were there for our arrival, including some additional unexpected nice touches ! The bathrooms were clean, lovely, and spacious, and the bedrooms were cosy and comfortable. We loved everything about this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bath.

Gorgeous apartment

Beautiful apartment kitted out with everything we needed for a great weekend! Really central location, lots of comfy seating in the drawing room. Comfy double beds and pull down bed, and the overhead shower is AMAZING!

Would benefit from a few more mugs/teacups, the single beds are not particularly comfortable, lighting in the drawing room is very dim even with the dimmer up and the lamp on.

Beautiful “old Georgian” apartment in the centre of Bath

Great location in Bath. Beautiful old ‘Georgian apartment.’ Lots of character. Very comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed. The hostess, Anastasia was very helpful & accommodating. She came & helped us carry all our luggage up to the apartment the day we arrived & came back to help us the morning we left. There were about 5 flights of stairs; apartment is up the top.

Showers were slightly weak, it would be good to state there are 4 flights of stairs to the flat just for people who have trouble walking. Initial smell from the restaurant downstairs was quite strong but the apartment owner had made effort to mitigate with diffusers.

A charming apartment in the heart of Bath!

We loved Bath!! The location is right in the heart of everything. We loved the amazing historic building and the layout and comfort of the space. We didn't use the kitchen but it was so perfect! There were 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a pullout bed in the family room.

There are several stair to get to the space so if you are traveling with anyone who has trouble navigating stairs choose another option, but it didn't bother us! The other issue was a shower drain was having trouble draining but the owner was quick to offer to come and remedy the situation! All in all....it was magical!!

Fantastic stay and accommodation was perfect!

Lovely apartment in excellent location and was able to park just round the corner so didn’t have far to travel with our bags. Being on the top floor it was lovely & quiet & the beds were super comfy too! A great place to stay as a group and would return again.

Superb

The apartment is very well located in central Bath, only five minutes walk from the railway station but also very close to other attractions such as the Roman baths and Bath Abbey. The apartment is spacious, with an attractive eat-in kitchen. The games cupboard also had lots of things to amuse children. Our family of eight had plenty of room here for a couple of days.

The ensuite toilet was not fully functional, so we had to rely on the toilet in the main bathroom. However the ensuite shower was fine.

Great few days

The location of the property was excellent everything was in easy walking distance …. It was well equipped with the kitchen having a good array of utensils, pots and pans and cups , glasses etc …The beds were very comfortable…

In my opinion the lounge area needed a freshen up with a luck of paint ….

Great location, traditional period property

Perfect central location. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Showers worked well and beds were comfy. Kitchen was clean and great table to sit everyone round. Bathroom had mini shower essentials and soap.

A little noisy at night due to being city centre and bad wind one night howled through the old style windows. Light fittings were rather dusty and a few things were in need of repair and some of the soft furnishings needed updating. It was expensive for a 2night stay but split between 7 of us worked out fine, however if I was travelling with the family would look for something cheaper or book a hotel.
