Staff was very helpful. Good parking available. Close to shops and The Roman Baths. Great spot.

Nice kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed was very decent and the main bed was very comfortable. Having the option to leave your bags in a locker for the day was very useful. Self check-in also very smooth.
The location is central but quite noisy as there are bars close by. There is double glazing which is helpful. I was hoping for two beds but once o had the info from the vender sent through o realised the second bed was a sofa bed in the kitchen-dining-lounge area. It was fine for a night but would be a pain for a longer stay.
The decor is in need of a re-paint and though the apartment felt generally clean, on closer inspection there was a lot of grime in the corners of the bathroom and a fair amount of embedded small hair. The duvet and mattress for the sofa bed were pretty stained as were some of the chairs
