Wonderful home away from home

Nothing. A cupboard of some kind would have been better if you are intending on longer stays. For shorter stays it's more than perfect.

Perfect location and apartment

Okay for a cheap night if you are looking just for somewhere to stay, however if you are wanting a well maintained space

Beds were comfy, very home like feel to the apartment. Had everything you need in a great location.

The apartment needed some work, door handles hanging off, electrical outlets hanging off, toilet seat cracked.

Location

Location was fantastic however there were a few things that could have made our stay so much nicer

We were moved to a different flat that was booked our flat 1 did not have 2 beds only sofa beds as the second option which was not comfortable. There was only 1 Prosecco wine glass in the property no wine glasses. The Roman blind in the sitting room was broken meaning the main living space was very dark. Light bulbs in the bathroom were missing making showering dark. Lightbulbs in the rest of the property were very low wattage making the whole flat dark and dingy. No body wash or shower gel was provided only small bottles of shampoo conditioner and hand soap.

Nice apartment but freezing cold shower!

No hot water for the shower despite following hosts instructions. We had to wash our hair in the kitchen sink. No response from host when I emailed asking for help with getting the hot water working.

Great for tourists

FANTASTIC location—you’re right in the heart of the city and everything is within walking distance. Very clean beyond some minor cosmetic faults (cracked tiles, chipped wallpaper, etc). Bed was very comfortable and sheets were very clean.

Wifi was bad, and the tv didn’t work as a result (tv was wifi based). Dishwasher was full and dirty when we arrived, so we did not touch it. Only one tea towel available, and it was in the washing machine, damp. Some noise from the pubs outside — hardly a fault of the property, but should be mentioned. Honestly, issues were all very minor and did not detour from our enjoyment. We spent more time in the city than back in the apartment. Definitely worth the cost

Disappointing

The location

The flat wasn’t clean, the linen for the sofa bed were dirty, windows unclean, crumbs in the kitchen drawers,cupboards , around the windows bay, in the fridge,dirty marks on the kitchen furniture and the fridge, dust and dirt everywhere, everything was dated not like in the photos, leaking in the kitchen, on the floor, leaking on the ceiling in the bedroom, the dishwasher was unloaded, lots of windows locks broken, one of the leaving room window blinds broken, the window unable to close properly and you could see outside, cold draft coming in, no coffee for the coffee machine, wet cloth left in the washing machine, dirty shelves in the shower room, not enough shower gel left as we were 3 adult and received only 2 very small bottles of it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, especially because I was there for my birthday…Very unhappy with the situation. A month later , after several messages have been refunded a small amount.

It would have been a really good stay if the above are fixed.

Very nice apartment and good space for 4 adults.

Need 45 minutes to heat up water in the shower. Heating rack in the bathroom did not work. Blinds in the living area could not be lowered as the strings were missing, people could see in from outside, host did not come in to fix it despite informing him.

The apartment was in an ideal location… very central for visiting Christmas market.

We found dirty washing up in the dishwasher, which we put on. There were 3 of us staying and only two towels put out.

Mugs were left dirty, TV controls did not work. Would have been good to have curtesey milk left in fridge.

Great central location, easy to access and very comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, even the sofa beds which was lovely. The location was perfect, not far to walk to anywhere really.

Not the property's fault but it was a little noisy at night from the street noise, people enjoying themselves and walking home.

A few tweaks needed

Comfortable bed, nice TV & fire, good location, good shower

Shards of broken glass in the dishwasher. No written notes or instructions on how to operate it. I have had many dishwashers and this one had me stumped. The owner responded to my query quickly and directed me to an open door button which did not exist. The cleaner kindly put the dishwasher on in the end. Liquid soap dispenser was empty on arrival. One of the kitchen floor tiles was loose and sticking up so we had to stick down with sellotape as a member of our party tripped on it. Just a few tweaks needed and more attention to detail would make this a nice place to stay

A beautiful place to stay in a fab location, close to the heart of Bath and all its many delights. Thoroughly recommend

Very well laid out and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Luggage storage was a lovely extra benefit because it meant not having to lug our bags around all day.

Lack of noise insulation against the noise of people out partying at the nearby pub.

Lovely break in a great location and comfy beds

Roomy, comfortable apartment in a great location.

Great apartment in an awesome location. Plenty of room. Comfy beds and pillows. Dining area and kitchen with a full sized fridge and washing machine. Big flat screen TV. Lots of thick fluffy towels. Short term paid parking very close.

Had to carry our luggage upstairs. Some minor repairs needed in the bathroom but this didn't affect our stay. A drying rack for our clothes would've been appreciated. There was only one knife in the apartment. Ran out of hot water on the first day.

Pleasant stay

Location was great, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The flat was modern. Communication from the host was really good. We didn't hear any noise in the evening (flat 3).

The flat needs some TLC - the blind was broken, the walls were quite chipped in places (needs a repaint). Just a few things to make it feel a little more luxurious, it looked quite tired in places.

The noise 😢 Single glazed windows & lots of street noise. Car alarms, people sat on benches under our window drinking & chatting late into night. Lots of Bottle recycling next to us. Traffic , bin collections and restaurant deliveries. It was constant noise. We were flat 2. Avoid this room if you like to sleep. Also Roman blinds had no strings so they couldn’t raise up, meaning no natural Light in apartment.

Clean but potentially noisy

Lovely room, clean, comfortable. Fantastic location.

My only complaint would be that the windows were not double-glazed, so every sound on the street could be heard from the front of the building. Lots of pubs nearby meant loud pub-goers. The noise didn't stop until sometime around 1:00 AM. Bit if a night's sleep for my son who had to use the fold-out sofa in the front room. Please note that the bedroom at the back of the property does not have this issue.

Great little place, really central to everything to do in Bath!

Great place, really accessible! Everything we wanted to see in Bath we could walk to easily. LOADS of food places around too, we were spoilt for choice. We couldn't hear anything from neighbors either. The place was clean and tidy, and everything was really easy to use. Well stocked with kitchen utilities too!

Not the accomodations fault at all, it was noisy at night as it was freshers week so lots of students on the move.

A lovely, well-equipped flat in a perfect central location for an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location right in the heart of everything. The flat is beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything you could need. It’s situated in a building with several other holiday apartments, and the friendly cleaning team is around during the day for changeovers.

Minor gripe – the listing mentioned parking, but there wasn’t any available at the property. Some nearby car parks aren’t long-stay, but we did find the Avon car park, about a 5-minute walk away, costing £48 for two nights.

Central to Bath and accommodated myself and my two girls , also affordable.

The paintwork needed some attention and due to the single pane glass it was noisy at night. I wouldn’t suggest for a young family.

Great location in the center of Bath! Beautiful, neat and clean apartment.

It was VERY hot and there was only 1 small fan. We struggled to sleep comfortably.

A nice stay in Bath

The location of the property is perfect. It is very central and easily accessible. The flat was very clean. Daniel was great for responding to any questions asked of him. The tv options were good. The beds were comfortable. Great shower too.

The WiFi didn’t work. It didn’t appear as an option. If staying in the room on the street side, the noise is quite loud until about 1:30 am. Luckily I had ear plugs, but cheap disposable ear plugs might be an idea for guests. Also it was very warm in the apartment. We could have done with a fan as there wasn’t aircon.
