Flat in Bath City Centre

Great location. Modern with all the facilities you would need. It was spotlessly clean. The flat has everything you need for a short or even a lengthy stay. It comfortably catered for myself, my wife and our 2 adult kids. It’s on a lively and vibrant street in central Bath close to shops, bars, restaurants, and major attractions. Will be recommending this property to my family and friends. We had a lovely stay and the owners were more than helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The facilities, the location and the service/communication from the owners.

The location was fantastic! It was exactly where you would want to be. It was not that far of a walk from the central parking area and was a quick walk to a couple of markets, pharmacy, restaurants, and of course, the Roman Baths!

Cleanliness and comfort. New fixtures and fittings.

1. Location: terribly noisy until 2 or 3 at night. 2. Entrance via side alley full of overflowing and smelly rubbish bins. Alley used at night by shady characters who have loud arguments. 3. Security: someone kept on leaving the main door open and guys who looked and acted like drugs users were coming in and sitting on the stairs. It was scary. They also banged the main door loudly when going in and out at night. 4. No means of cooling the flat in the heatwave. Windows fixed to open only a few inches. No electric fans provided despite our request. 5. The flat description clearly stated "city views". We had a garbage alley on one side and a shop with a row of recycling bins on the other. This is not what the normal reader understands by "city views".
