The impressive building is a complex of Grade I Georgian and unlisted 20th century buildings within the core of the Bath conservation area and World Heritage site.
Despite being right in the city centre, once inside the flat you'll find the space secure, cosy and calming with modern fixtures such as new sash window double glazing, electric thermostatic heating and Hyperoptic Broadband giving you super fast internet.
Step into the bright and airy open plan living space, complemented by a contemporary kitchen with a range of integrated appliances, including an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and also the very important coffee machine!

The entire apartment plus communal lift/lobby and stairs. Please note that you must be able to climb stairs to access the property. There is a lift to the third floor and then a flight of stairs to the 4th floor.

Nice space located near Abbey, shopping, dining. Can easily walk to a lot of attractions m, shopping and more. Quiet apartment. Large kitchen/dining/living area. Loved the fact there was a washer/dryer in the space.
