Our wonderful, homely Georgian townhouse is in the center of Bath, on an original quiet cobbled street with all you could need for your stay. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on top of that a quirky petite rooftop garden. It offers a stunning view of Queen Square and simply the place of your dreams. It is less than a 5-minute walk to everything you could imagine visiting in Bath. This warm, interior-designed family house is surrounded by Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge, the Thermae Bath Spa, shops galore & all that traditional yet modern Bath has to offer. With luxurious beds & cozy living areas this is a perfect house for groups wanting to be together, and catch up with friends or family.
Space
This luxurious property allows you to enjoy an evening on the rooftop garden or in the cozy lounge. Three bathrooms will ensure you won’t queue to use them and you can simply relax and not rush into anything during your holiday.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has the old Georgian window shutters that simply magnify your experience with the property. In the living room, there are comfy sofas & plenty of seating, and not that you will have much time for TV with all that Bath has to keep you entertained but there is Freeview TV for Films or a TV Series.
In a building that is over 250 years old, yet renovated to modern standards in recent years, the house has retained its original features such as wooden paneling shutters in the lounge. The rooms are beautifully light and thoroughly considered, with interior design elements throughout.
All the beds are new and luxurious and reportedly, incredibly comfortable.
The kitchen has all you need for even keen chefs!
Guest access
Check-in is hassle-free as you can let yourself in with a door code which will be sent to you before your arrival. Every guest would be required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID details before getting their arrival details. The guests have access to the entire described space and because of the perfect location access to all the city has to offer is literally on your doorstep!

Please kindly mind the noise in the rooftop garden because the property is located in a residential area.

Lovely spacious apartment, very comfortable and well-equipped, excellent showers, all super-clean, and in a brilliant location right in the heart of Bath. The roof terrace was wonderful with a great view over the city. The parking was very central too and much appreciated. However, it was not made clear on the listing that the charges were PER ROOM and not for the entire property, leading to some confusion. Happily we were able to sort this with the hosts but were not made aware until the last minute and had to pay extra. So just to be aware, you are not getting a four-bed property for your money, only the rooms they allocate you.

Welcoming and responsive host. Clean house, excellent location, ample room for our family of 8.

No hot water for two of the three days. It took awhile for the different owners to agree on the course of action which was to replace the immersion heater. the the Liveing/dining area was full of the junk from the immersion heater room and the two rubbish bins that ought to have been in the kitchen cabinet. The plumber was great.
