The Space:

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with three individually designed bedrooms and an additional fold-down double bed in the lounge. Each bedroom has its own character, with carefully chosen antiques, original paintings and beautiful details creating a warm, atmospheric feel throughout. The spacious, light-filled drawing room and separate kitchen-diner offer lovely spaces to gather together, whether for a lively family meal or a quiet dinner with friends.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. You’ll find the key in a secure lockbox on arrival. The apartment is on the top floor of this beautiful historic building, reached by four flights of stairs. There is no lift, so please bear this in mind when booking, particularly with young children, mobility needs or heavy luggage.



The Neighborhood:

This eye-catching flat is located in the city centre, so it's easy to stroll to Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and other main attractions. Sample local ales in nearby traditional pubs and dine in restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world.



Getting Around:

Train and bus stations are only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:

All bedding is 100% cotton French linen, and we provide bathroom toiletries, free WiFi and a few little essentials to help you settle in, including tea, coffee, sugar etc. For coffee lovers, there’s a Lavazza coffee machine ready for your morning cup. For our younger guests, we have a travel cot, high chair and a few toys to help little ones feel at home.



We’ve created the apartment to be a welcoming place to enjoy time together — whether you’re celebrating something special, gathering with family or friends, or simply enjoying a few days in Bath. It’s not a party house, but we’re very happy to welcome well-behaved gatherings and celebrations, as long as our neighbours are treated with consideration.



An award-winning Vietnamese restaurant is located in the building, which we’re happy to recommend. Occasionally, you may notice a hint of cooking aromas in the communal hallway, but these aren’t noticeable inside the apartment.
