The house is an old property, full of character, split over 4 levels, and very central.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bath city centre, we had a small issue on day 1, its was dealt with efficiently and straight away, check in was very prompt, it is an old building but kept very well.
The house looks bigger in the photographs than it really is, however we had a group of 10 and it was very comfortable, the kitchen is small and in the basement, no outdoor space but that didn't bother us much.

Comfortable stay in beautiful characterful house.
Great location period property. Lots of quirky wallpapers and artwork added to the charm. Beds super comfy and the bathrooms were lovely. The host left us wine and chocolate which was a nice touch too.
It would have been nice to have bins in all the bedrooms and the smaller bedrooms could do with a bedside light fitting for people who like to read in bed. These are only minor issues though and overall we loved the property.

Some of the mirrors you couldn’t see through and they were located away from a plug socket. Making it difficult to style my hair.

Small reception rooms. Remember to keep downstairs bathroom door closed to avoid smell permeating.

Really good location for purposes of stay. More than 5 people a bit of a squeeze!
No fault of hosts- cleansing firm outside window early hours of first night, 2 guests got very little sleep! Then warning from City Council about noise pollution!!!

Will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Bath
Location is excellent, with most landmarks, eateries and other facilities only a 5-6 minute walk. The property is well equipped with various games, guides, books and information sheets. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. Beds and quilts are super comfy. Communication with the property holders was great - they always responded quickly.
Original floor boards are a little creaky - but they are a couple of hundred years old!
