The location was brilliant for the shops ,restaurants and sightseeing with the added bonus of Manvers Street car park only a two minute walk away

Only one small thing. Some mould in the shower corners Some information about refuse/waste / recycling would have been handy as each area has their own system

Apartment was comfortable, spacious & very well located. It was 85% clean - mainly crumbs in kitchen, shower stalls have some dark mold. No extra bin liners but otherwise we’ll kitted. All bathrooms on alternate stairwells & top floor bedrooms require 2 1/2 flights so be aware. This is our second stay in 7 months - the location, space, comfort is a 10!

Cleaning fee was nearly £200 and apartment had some minor issues - crumbs, countertops had some food marks, bathroom showers had some black mold in corners.

The location was perfect as was the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen space.

The beds were horrible - my aging uncle, sister and I spent sleepless and painful nights in the beds, awaking numerous times as the beds are either quite old or otherwise unsuitable for sleeping. We awoke with painful joints and muscles. the beds should be replaced with beds that are much more comfortable. The owner should provide written instructions for how to dispose of waste and trash - there are none - as well as proper operation of the dishwasher and washer for guests who come from out of the country and may be unfamiliar with these machines. There is a piece of moulding inside the dishwasher on the left side that finds its way outside the dishwasher on closing, so that it will not start. however the user may not see that and believe he or she has somehow made a mistake with the buttons, creating frustration. It also may be useful to advise prospective guests in the property description that noise from the street comes into the front bedrooms all night long. My sister changed bedrooms hoping to get away from the noise, as well as to find a more comfortable bed, but found neither.

All the rooms were clean, tidy, layout was great, shower rooms were great the entire house was a sight to behold.

limited utensils in the kitchen, the window shutters only worked correctly in the dinning room. Instructions to access the property could be a little clearer. “Look to access Blenheim house, adjacent to 8 Henry Street” or post an image of the front door. Location is very student centric, so noise on Fridays and Saturdays can be very intense.

Location, location, location! Less than 5 minutes from the train station, central location to everything in Bath. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, lots of bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, clean house, nice and warm.

Some noise at night due to central location of the house. This didn’t spoil our stay though.

Main area living room, kitchen & dining room were very spacious & well furnished/appointed.

Unit was not as clean as we have experienced. There was minor black mold in some showers, carpets looked bit dirty (we took off our shoes at door), refrigerator & some cutlery had to be cleaned. The cleaning fee was£185 - 3 times more than a previous houses of similar size that we stayed in the week before. For that price, cleaning should be stellar. Other houses charged £60 & £85 respectively.

Fantastic location. Everything you would want to visit in Bath is easily accessible. Loads of eating and drinking options within easy walking. M&S foodhall a stones through away. Excellent.

As others have mentioned, so we were prepared, you are right in the thick of it so expect some noise at night. Given the Xmas market was on and the last week of Uni it really was quite loud until about 3am!

- city centre location and close to river. - spacious rooms - comfortable sofas and beds - a toilet/bathroom on every floor!

Loved this property but be prepared for some noise at night/early morning- from partygoers and traffic- city centre location and original single glazed windows so to be expected.

Very poor overall, felt like a total rip off for the money. The property is great and the location fantastic but the fittings and furniture are very cheap and not well maintained... none of the bedrooms have curtains, they are fitted with cheap blinds (some of which are broken) and the master bedroom just has painted flyboard shutters that needed to be wedged closed with a towel! The property itself was dirty and doesn't look like it was cleaned since the last 10 visitors stayed! The cutlery drawer was sticky, plates were dirty and needed cleaning before use and there was food from who knows when in the freezer.

What a place, beautiful, central, well stocked with all you could need and fantastically located. Thank you - it was amazing!!

Not much, could maybe have done with a water jug but that's been picky

So easy to communicate and organise last minute trip. Allowed an early check in to fit our needs. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and superb central location!! Strongly recommend booking!

Everything!! The position is perfect, the property is immaculate, comfortable and so well equipped. I cannot recommend this property highly enough, it’s central and literally minutes away from the centre.

Absolutely nothing, we couldn’t fault it.
