Disappointed the apartment wasn’t ready for 5 people and we didn’t find that out til late because of the check in time.

Very nicely furnished etc.

Coffee machine was broken. There were no sheets for the 5th sofa bed. Said in the information the bed would be made up. Check in time at 1500 late. Check out time of 1030 early.

Loved the comfortable apartment and it was very central

The wrong key code was sent to me but it was quickly rectified when I rang up the hotel next door who manage the property

I couldn't work out the heating very well - again I rang the hotel who helped. The shower says press a button and wait 20 minutes for the water to heat. Unusual and unexpected

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Bath!

Spacious, beautiful, centrally located apartment with everything we needed. Nice quiet street but close to shops, bars and restaurants and the thermal spa.

A bit of noise from the apartment downstairs but it may have been a one off.

Spacious apartment, great location.

Great location, all main attractions are within walking distance. There are pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Lots of space in the apartment too, nice big kitchen.

Feedback

Location was central and a nice spot to access the Christmas market and shops. The open plan feel to the apartment was nice and it was quite quirky.

The cleaniness was not at a standard I would expect. Condensation was a big issue from the high rise windows which ended up dripping all over the person sleeping on the sofa which was not pleasant. Some areas of the property were worn and broke. Windows were covered in bird poo.

A previous resident had been smoking or maybe the person who lives in the flat below smokes. As the owner states the stairs are steep but we loved the decoration as we ascended!

Stayed here before and it is a lovely spacious apartment in an amazing central location. Generally

Blind in main bedroom not working. No hand soap or shower gel in dispensers. I don’t expect there to necessarily be these things but if there are fixed dispensers that are then empty it seems strange. Door hard to lock and unlock. Strange smell going up stairs and into apartment.

Noisy outside early in the morning at times, and on one evening. The blinds on all the windows are in bad condition and don’t work very well, so it was hard to operate them. Sockets not in very convenient places. Stairs very steep to get up to property.

Apartment is in a great location and well equipped. Beds super comfy and really handy to have access to things like a washing machine.

Nothing to dislike . You're advised that the entrance stairs are steep and they are. The initial entrance hallway is drab, but given the apartment is lovely that really doesn't matter that much, but maybe could do with a little attention.

The sofas were uncomfortable, the beds were too hard to sleep on - this could be corrected by adding mattress toppers and unfortunately we were kept awake by the seagulls all night.

Great location but not worth price asked

Excellent location and quiet bedrooms. Living area nice and pretty clean

The apartment was not worth the cost in my opinion. Originally tried to book through AirB&B and she cancelled the booking because she said the price was too low and wanted £160 per person - then booked here at £222 total. The apartment is ok and was clean and the location excellent but it feels a little dated and the blinds did not open properly as it looked as if the cords had been frayed/cut which did not allow you to open them. The main bedroom glazing also did not close as clearly broken. Needs some attention. The stairs as mentioned before are ridiculously steep and small so quite precarious even for the agile. Also because it was hot and being a loft apartment it was utterly stifling in the rooms (they did provide a couple fans but not great ones) Currently staying in central Brighton in a fabulous apartment which cost less so think the owners a little greedy.

The space was amazing. The open plan kitchen, dining, living area was beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were lovely, one of them was exceptionally spacious. The beds were super comfortable and very big.

The stairs are not suitable for any person with mobility difficulties.

Possibly the very best place I have ever rented on vacation

The unit was so spacious and well designed! It has a fun personality and an excellent kitchen. The bigger bedroom is huge, and the second one was still wonderful. The location could not be beat, we were right in the middle of everything!

It got a little warm, we wished we had fans. Apparently they were there, but we didn’t find them. We had no trouble with the stairs, but they were very steep, and would be hard for someone with impaired mobility.

Large living room, good location.

Location is good, easy to find and key locker just next to the main entrance door. Kitchen area quite large and equip some basic cooking pans, baking trays etc. but without the general groceries like oil, salt and peppers etc which not user friendly. If you want to cook something you may need to buy the usual items yourselves.

The stairs quite steep and narrow. Be aware that if you carry a big luggage case and/or you have elder parents with you especially when you going down the stairs. At first of using the bath, we didn't notice there is a notice saying that need to turn on the boiler booster to boil the water so one of the family member hasn't enough hot water for her bath. But no issue after we turn on the booster accordingly. It would be better if the host can drop a message to remind this.

It’s a wonderful apartment. It’s really clean. It’s really central. The hosts were great

Almost nothing. There are steep stairs which nothing can be done about. I’m disabled. But I could cope with it. On a bad day I might not. It was clear. But perhaps could just be a little clearer. Very minor point

Spacious, Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

Spacious bedrooms with King beds, and a huge living area with 2 couches…it is clean, and convenient being right in the heart of Bath. The night action can be a little loud, but close the windows and you’ll be fine. It’s above the Wild Cafe (& recommend their breakfast & great coffee), and around the corner from the Giggling Squid Thai restaurant which is awesome. Overall, if you are visiting Bath with family or friends, it’s well worth it. And parking at The Podium (£18 for 24 hours) is 4 minute walk away so convenient. There are 2 steep staircases, so be firm in your feet, but it’s worth the effort.

Excellent clean appartment close to Bath Center

Very spacious appartement. Good kitchen and living room with every appliance necessary for a short stay. The rooms were spacious and cosy! Nice views and excellent location. Very clean.

The heating system is a bit difficult to understand at first. The bathroom is up for renewal. Closets in the bedrooms for clothing.
