Beautiful apartment. Location was central, less than 10 min walk from the train station. Very comfortable. Husband loved

Location. Met our needs. Clean & very comfortable. Not met any staff but communication response was prompt, efficient & professional.

No parking on site but there are nearby public car parks.

Great location, beautiful apartment and great value!

This was a last minute booking for us and we were absolutely delighted with the experience. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and very conveniently located close to the center of the town, restaurants and most importantly the grocery store. The host was communicated with us when we had a questions and was very helpful. The apartment is lovely, very comfortable living room bedroom and well equipped kitchen. There is nothing more you need here. We liked this place so much we extended our stay by another day. Thank you very much for such a great experience. We were also able to walk to the bars, restaurants and the square to catch the tours for Stonehenge. People in this town are really nice, and the host is super nice too.

Very well presented accommodation in a great spot. Excellent backup when we had questions.

The location is excellent, very easy to walk to the attractions we had planned to visit. The flat was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. It was great having access to a washing machine/drier. The lovely lady caring for the property was very friendly and helpful

We initially had issues with the door code to our flat not working. This was sorted quite quickly with the new code working for the rest of our stay.

In decided if I would stay again as can’tseem to shake the value for money check in-check out times.

Location is great, comfortable.

Apartment clean to the eye but could have done with a deep clean. Not happy with the 15.00 check in 10.00 check out times, all of a sudden feeling expensive for what is not a 23-24hr stay.

Delighted - I’ll be back!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, plenty of room, great shower, stylish, quiet - tucked away location with pretty courtyard, separate lounge with huge bed settee, extra loo in cloakroom next to lounge, proceeds go to a charity that helps elderly people remain in their own homes for longer! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in bath now I’ve found this place.

The coffee pods (Nespresso) didn’t fit the machine (L’Or) or it just might have been me… Everything else was just great!

Once familiar with entry system it was a comfortable stay in a very good location.

Location, interesting building, simple, suitable and comfortable furnishing and equipment. Hot drink basics provided.

Preliminary and initial entry instructions had too many elements and didn’t make the essential ones clear so that we wasted time in the dark and rainy street in frustrating attempts to gain entry. Eventually had to resort to asking help from someone who had already gained entry.very difficult if you are not totally tech savvy. User instructions for oven and microwave would be useful for anyone unfamiliar with these types.

Amazingly central but quiet and charming place

Amazingly central location but also quiet, in an old and charming setting. The bed was especially comfortable, the shower was great and the complimentary toiletries really nice. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Bath.

Really hard to think of any downsides. A better illuminated mirror is the only thing I missed!

Very minor complaint was that property was a bit too warm for us and hot water came out of the tap dangerously hot so could do with turning down as could burn somebody.

Lovely central location

Central location close to everything, but quiet when once inside. Buildings have great character. The kitchen was well provisioned and the bed was big and comfortable if a little firm for my taste.

Very little not to like except maybe the couch in the living area was a bit uncomfortable and there was minimal storage space in the bedroom.

A haven in the centre of Bath

Great location, right in the centre of Bath but in a quiet courtyard. It was nice to have the extra space and kitchen facilities.

Oddly there was no dishwashing liquid or kitchen sponge ….. cheap enough to buy but a bit inconvenient if you’re just passing through. Definitely missed an oven glove.

Excellent location in city centre, about 2 mins walk from the Roman Baths. Clean, warm, comfortable and quiet.

Great Location, right by all the sights

The location was great. You walk right out the door and you are in the middle of all the Bath sights. I also love the history to the place. The room was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish we could have stayed longer.

1. Checking in was unduly complicated. I had to follow a labyrinth of instructions to find all 3 key codes. Charging extra just to know these codes a day prior to checking in felt cynical. 2. Next time, include cupboards/drawers/shelves for the clothes of a weary traveler.

Pretty Apartment in Bath

Nice apartment, clean and comfortable.

Highway digging/drilling from 7am in the morning and goes on to late evening.Notice posted at end of the street stating these works are going on for a few months.The owner should have notified us of this as there was no way anyone was sleeping after they started.I was glad that we were only staying one night as I would have been looking for a full refund,I contacted the owner, they may have apologized but, failed to offer any refund as a offer of goodwill and couldn't see that, I felt the disclosure of this information would have been very relevant to the booking and letting potential guests be aware so they could make the decision based on that, whether to book it or not.

Excellent location. Good size of apartment and prompt attention of service staff.

The heat wave during my stay! The property should have a spare set of linen and towels and garbage bags for guests on extended stay. These were made available only upon request

Expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t stay again

Location was good

Requested views but given ground floor flat and it was super hot so didn’t want to leave doors open Bathroom was dirty and radiator and skirtings were very dusty. Didn’t realise it would be such a pain to get in to the apartment by going through three doors with codes before even getting to the apartment door. Doors slam shut loudly and are very heavy and tricky to get in with baggage and bags.

Great location , very clean and comfortable apartment and smooth check in process.

Mostly all great , but difficult to work out temperature control of bathroom -it was very hot as towel rail was set very high and couldn’t turn off underfloor heating so room became very hot. Also hot and cold water markings for shower controls would be useful .
