Really cool, great value for money

Beautiful apartment, so much space & little luxuries dotted around. A bottle of Prosecco was left chilled for us which was such a lovely touch

5 of us stayed here, 4 slept well but 1 did not due to the noise coming from the street outside. Given the numbers that could stay here, more toilet facilities would be welcomed

Awesome; happy house

Location, location and location. And of course the three levels to give everyone enuf space (even 4 ppl appreciate the space sometimes). For someone who likes to watch ppl, the big windows and location next to city stop is amazing. The only thing I would say is probably find yourself a cheaper parking spot if u r coming for more than a night .

Parking, though convenient and safe, is expensive. Probably some cheaper options would be helpful. But thats for travellers to fund I guess.

Perfect luxury.

The property had thought about every last detail from cocktail shakers, afternoon tea sets, sweets, luxury toiletries the list is endless. Location was excellent with parking just a 2 minuite drive at £18 per 24 hours.

Amazing get away super close to all you need!

Stunning beautiful place to stay, central to the hughstreet with a 3 minute walk to the theme spa, roman baths and Abbey. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, very impressed from the moment we arrived. Parking literally opposite the building with a 5 minute (if that walk) bus stop out the front of the building so easy to get about... staff were easy to speak to at any time. Just over all perfect stay

Laundry delivered to the apartment but the management team sorted that in an instant. They were super helpful so not really any downsides. Dishwasher needs loading and putting on when u leave but just double check as the dishwasher was still filled with dirty cups so just check before you use but other than that it was fantastic

Great property, great location but in a noisy area.

Location was fantastic. The property was spacious and had everything we needed.

The windows are single glazed and due to the location it's constantly noisy outside. If you're a light sleeper then you will be woken up several times during the night.

Fantastic location, close to town centre, spacious and decorated beautifully. Had a bedroom each which is difficult to find for 3 singles travelling together. Brilliant value. Well equipped kitchen. Property is spread over 3 floors so feeling of space is accentuated.

The first front door on the street, which has a key code access was often unlocked, this is used by the cafe below, who are friendly but seem to have people coming and going later into the evening. We would have preferred a bolt on the inside of the inside door which also only has a key code for access. Disappointed when hot water ran out trying to run a bath. No showers had previously been taken.

Lovely stay in Bath. A very unique experience being in town and staying above a coffee shop.

I was so surprised at how big, comfortable and well furnished this unit was. It was unique for us as it is above a coffee shop in a lively part of town.

The street noise and ongoing activity was a bit disruptive on the sleep, but it was check-in week for the universities and the overall atmosphere made up for this.

The fact that the thermostat was pre set at 20 degrees on the hottest couple days and we were told about it and then we weren’t told where to get clean towels and bedding to the second/last day of the holiday

This was perfect for our needs

This was a fab house for our needs. The location is amazing, I doubt you’d find better. It’s a lovely traditional town house that has been modified for purpose. We stayed as a group of 4 and were more than comfortable, groups using the maximum number of beds might find it a little cosy but would still be comfortable I’d say. There is also a fab, friendly little cafe downstairs where you can get a drink, cake, or a small number of quick dishes.

The towels were quite small and there was a dodgy light in the toilet - being picky!

Noisy location with bin lorries driving round constantly. Kitchen cleaning equipment not adequate, no cleaning cloths and one tea towel.

Comfortable and plenty of space.

Loved this house. It was so convenient for my graduation, couldn’t of got any closer. Just across the road from gown pick up and down the same road as the forum. Also in the centre of town and next door to the spa. The beds were so comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet on a night. Wish our stay was longer.

A bit awkward having to walk through the cafe when first moving in and out with all the luggage. Wish the fans were more powerful as it got quite hot throughout the day.

Little gem in the heart of Bath

Incredible location, very comfortable and great facilities, beautifully decorated, great value and very easy check-in, check-out process. Lovely café just beneath it with very friendly staff, very close to grocery shops for food and within a few minutes walk of great restaurants, all the main tourist destinations and the local bus and train station. Literally around the corner from the thermal spa if you're going there. Highly, highly recommend, would definitely use again. Felt very at home straight away and always felt safe. Also lovely showers and a bath, and really gorgeous complimentary local bath products were provided for use. Plenty hairdryers, straighteners and mirrors - absolutely ideal for a girls trip away. Loved it.

Small issues but the WiFi was weak for all of us and cut out regularly, in the end we just used our mobile data, so wouldn't depend on it if you need it for e.g. working. TV kept going into demo mode so part of the screen would get covered every few minutes if using Netflix, but might be just an issue with some setting we weren't aware of. Rooms were also warm at night but that's just the age/type of building, fans were thoughtfully provided for a few of the rooms which helped - just something to be aware of, and maybe pack a small fan or cooling pads - a lot of light gets in from the street as the blinds are thin in some of the bedrooms so just bring a good eye-mask. As I said, very small issues and definitely wouldn't impact us staying there again, we were really happy with the place and would recommend to anyone, especially groups of women.

Perfect location, beautiful house with great amenities. Brilliant to have tea, coffee, milk on arrival. Lovely Toiletries in showers and hairdryers and straighteners in bedrooms. Would be perfect for a girls trip !!

Great location and a really beautiful house.

Blankets/throws would have been appreciated for the slightly chilly lounge at times and also dressing gowns (navy blue maybe) for convenience and to truly feel the luxury. Outside noise in the very early hours was an issue, being so central, so maybe some earplugs on hand also would have covered all bases for that 10/10 score.

no indoor area for a pushchair without going up a fair few steps..Only 1 small bath towel each..ladies need 2 when showering and washing hair. we were passed in extra towels after requesting though which is good.
