Excellent location, well equipped, quirky interior
It was way too hot, windows barely opened and some wouldn’t stay open. Not enough fans for bedrooms and only one fan out of the 3 was any good. No hand towels provided in bathrooms or with bath towels. Noise outside from the pub and small park area very late at night made sleeping with windows open difficult.

The property is great. It is huge with several bedrooms, each with several beds; can easily fit 8+ people. It was tidy and comfortable, clean bathroom, great showers. Highly recommended especially for larger groups.
We struggled to actually find the property when we arrived in Bath. This was mostly my fault because an explanation of the address was included in a long text sent when booking which I overlooked, but I just want to highlight that the main address displayed in booking (22 Westgate Buildings) will not lead you to the right place. It is located above Lulu Cafe.

Noisy location with bin lorries driving round constantly. Kitchen cleaning equipment not adequate, no cleaning cloths and one tea towel.
