Hands down, this was one of the most beautiful properties to stay in Bath. Thank you very much!

I could not believe firstly how beautifully furnished the property was, but also the location (you actually can't beat staying less than a 5 minute walk to the Royal Crescent!). The owners were fantastic in checking to see if the arrival was ok, and the kitchen was fully equipped which made life so easy.

Hard as I try, I can't think of a single thing which I disliked at this property.

Gorgeous house in historic Bath for a magical stay

The house was gorgeous! It was big enough for all of my family and was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. It was so kind for them to put up the Christmas tree and decorations for while we were there - it felt absolutely magical. The house is right by the Circus and the Royal Crescent which were both easy to see and appreciate.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious, well kept house that suited our three families perfectly, even if the Christmas mark

It was a great size for all of us. We were three families coming together for a couple of days for the Christmas market, and the layout over three floors worked really well. The living room and kitchen were both a good size, and we loved that there was a washing machine, cooker and a dishwasher, even though we didn’t end up using the washing machine. It was a nice touch having tea, coffee, milk and a few biscuits waiting for us when we arrived. The big bath was lovely and the beds were really comfortable.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. One of the couples wasn’t keen on the pillows, although that is more of a personal preference and they usually bring their own anyway. The sofas were not the comfiest, but we were hardly in the house so it wasn’t a big deal. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch, although the lights didn’t seem to come on during the day so the timer might need a quick check. The house did get quite warm at times, but we just opened the windows when needed. Overall there were very few negatives and that’s me just trying to find a few things. All in all it was lovely

Wow, the location is just amazing! Right next to the Royal Crescent and only a short walk to the centre. Very spacious and comfy beds. Early check-in and late check-out was an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

Magical!

Location was amazing, the house was beautiful and very well looked after. Beds super comfortable and the hosts were really attentive and a pleasure to speak to - they arranged and early check in and slightly later check out for us which really made the trip extra enjoyable. We will be back as soon as possible, a very special place!

Perfect location in Bath, so clean and comfortable and amazing that most of the beds could be made up into singles. Perfect amount of crockery, pots and pans etc in the kitchen.

Parking situation, but we were aware there was only one parking permit. For a weekend, Charlotte Street was fine, if I was staying for a week it would be very expensive.

Alex was amazing. We checked in early at no extra charge. The bubbles, milk tea and coffee were very thoughtful and much appreciated. He even managed to get us a travel cot at the last minute and produce an extra parking permit 🤗

Honestly was perfect. Warm and cosy. Plenty of hot water. Immaculately clean.
