We had a great visit!
Quirky and individual, clean, great communication, good location. Bedrooms were great.
Kitchen and living room a bit snug for the amount of people that can sleep there. Parking tricky.

Super Quirky Place
The one and only thing I liked was that the beds were comfortable. The other beds my guest stayed in were comfortable. that's about it and it was clean. I will give it that
Very poorly advertised. some of us older women need to know that there are massive amounts of stairs. my suitcase lived on the first level the entire time as did my other guests suitcase because we couldn't get them up the stairs. and the other thing about the house is that it is tilting leaning all the stairs go one way the bedrooms are falling in on themselves. the dressers are all leaning. I was actually fearing from my life at one point in the morning in bed alone when the floors started creaking and no one was walking, the floor still felt like it was about to fall. I think you need to let people know that it is not for your normal guests. if you're 10 bachelorettes and want to party you might like it...I will say it was very clean and the beds were comfy but I definitely won't be coming back which is a shame but never again. felt like a house of haunted horror for me a little bit. please note that the manager minnie was amazing, lovely, wonderful very receptive did her job really well.10 stars for her !!no issues with management at all. but I think you need to advertise a little bit better it's a very unusual set up and not super comfortable

A Beautiful property & well equipped
A wonderful property, just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the town centre. With Morrisons right around the corner, it was very convenient for stocking up on essentials. The house itself is beautiful – a labyrinth of spacious rooms. We stayed with our 9- and 10-year-old children, who absolutely loved exploring all the different spaces. Each room had a hair straighteners and hair dryer, which was a thoughtful touch, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking essentials. We were also pleasantly surprised to find milk, coffee, and tea bags provided, along with lovely CowShed products to use – everything was so well thought out. A fantastic stay all round!
We loved it….. but If you don’t like climbing stairs probably not the place to stay.

Quirky house but it could do with some TLC.
The house itself is very quirky. The lounge being in the basement with the disco lights was fun. There was plenty of space. The rooms were all spacious. Bath city centre is around a twenty minute walk from the house.
It wasn't very practical for a family due to there being so many flights of stairs. The noise from the busy main road was rather loud. The basement bedroom, lounge and bathroom all had this quite bad smell. The dehumidifiers were noisy but needed to be kept on. We had to empty them twice a day. The house could do with some TLC.

Great property for family and friend gatherings.
Size and facilities are great, perfect for a large gathering in Bath.
Only thing was the road noise but to be expected from a city house.
