A family night in Bath
The location, the cleaning and the overall quality of the house.
The house was a very peculiar structure. Kitchen in the ground floor. The living room in the 1st floor. A in-suite bedroom in the 2nd floor. Three more bedrooms in the 3rd floor with one wc for the all rooms. So, we need always to go up and down through the stairs to use the entire house which is not very friendly. For our group (6 people) worked well because it was just one night. But for longer stays this may not be the right place to stay.

For a brief overnight stay with pre-prepared food it was great and convenient.
Excellent location. Large spacious rooms. Modern shower rooms. Very comfy beds and lovely bed linens. It would be great for a group who wanted quick access to Bath and didn’t want to cook.
Definitely not properly cleaned. Oven filthy. A couple of beside tables were sticky. Old medicine pill on sofa. Batteries not in remote tv control. No wooden spoon, no water jug, no tea towels, no dishwasher tablets, no cafetière, no coat hangers….. on phoning, staff were quick to respond and tea towels arrived. Huge building works immediately next door but there’s nothing to be done about that til it’s finished.

Family birthday treat .
Lovely feeling and loads of space .
Building work outside , no one informed us before hand , we had a 90 yr old relative with us and it would have affected our choice .

Lovely building- a bit tired
Location and space. Kitchen was nice.
Was looking a bit tired. Paintwork. Sofas all marked and old. Decor in bedrooms a bit random. Neutral would be better
