Although had a microwave it didn’t have an oven or hob ( 1 bed lodge ) which made cooking meals awkward.

Location excellent . On site bar and restaurant in a nice location. Staff helpful.

Room uncomfortable due to warm weather.. No fan available. Windows and doors left open in evening to air property. Bar and restaurant restricted hours.

Huge bed, clean property with excellent facilities and good, beautiful, location of the site

We thought it was very spacious and we liked that our Lodge backed onto the Woods. It was good to be able to walk into Bath along the River Avon. The beds were large and comfortable.

Unhelpful communication. I had asked for a 3.00pm check in which was declined. We were then told after arriving that we were staying in a VIP Lodge and we qualified for a 2.00pm check in, but this was not made clear. My 88 year old Mother should have been travelling with us but was in hospital. I had requested to change dates due to this, but this was refused. I appreciate it was a non-refundable booking, but thought under the circumstances an exception could have been made. I tried to contact Hoseasons and was told on an automated message that the call may cost me £20.00 so I hung up. The decking area was not clean. There were cobwebs around the bottom of the doors that had been there for some time. There were cushions missing from the outdoor furniture and bird poo on the seating. Although maintenance came to clean, we never got the missing cushions. The was damage to the bath panels and the lounge floor was extremely creaky so could have woken people up early morning.
