Perfect all around

Lovely big house. Great position to Bath city centre -everywhere in easy walking distance

Perfect location and a lovely spacious home

Amazing location, a short walking distance from everything. 2 car parking at the back. The 4 bathrooms and toilets were perfect for our large family. Lovely house with plenty of very spacious living areas. The back garden was also a surprise as I wasn’t aware there was one. The house was surprisingly even better than the photos portray.

Dust allergies kicked in from day 1, which led us to believe the carpets weren’t properly hoovered. The bed linen in rooms 1 and 4 were unfortunately very itchy despite the actual beds and pillows being comfortable. There was also a smell of mildew throughout the house. I would recommend if you have sensitive skin or allergies that you bring your own linen and air out the windows to bring in some fresh air in. Unfortunately communication with the letting agency was nonexistent despite various attempts, but we managed.

The property was exceptionally clean and fantastic location. It was large and perfect for a big group of friends.

I Messaged the property numerous times before visiting to check where the towels are provided. I also specified that we needed the additional sofa bed to be open and made up. I never got a response to my questions. And even though I specifically requested at booking for the bed to be open. It was not made up up.

it was very easy to get into Bath it had everything we needed and with the added bonus of parking we all had a lovely time

Comfortable and well equipped house in great location

Amazing location, so easy to get everywhere in Bath by car or foot. Very well kit out kitchen. Very clean. Really appreciated the security around the back patio as we could let the kids run wild without worrying about them getting out/others getting in

Very expensive for the space. Had we brought everyone originally planned (Covid stopped that) we would have had a very tight squeeze in the dining room and front room. Would have been possible, but cosy to say the least. The very steep steps from the parking to the property took us by surprise and had we known we'd have dropped thing off at the front before parking. If you've got a large people carrier (like we did) the way in to the parking is tight but doable. Recommend turning up in daylight.
