Great location

We were attending a wedding at the Royal Crescent hotel which is just a few doors away. The apartment was huge! It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The access was a bit hairy, especially given we had my 83 year old mother with us. There is a tall "lip" you have to step over to get onto the very steep steps. Handrail isn't very safe either. Luckily we managed without incident but if anyone has mobility issues it probably isn't for you. Although the apartment was very warm in the front half, the 2 bedrooms at the back were very cold despite the heating being on. It would have been a nice touch to have been left some fresh milk and some ground coffee for the coffee maker. Even a packet of biscuits! There's nothing but tea bags, instant coffee and those long life milk sachets.

This is a lovely apartment in an amazing location. Far more spacious than we had expected and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable, with a large lounge, well equipped large kitchen/diner and roomy bathrooms. Host was happy to accomodate an earlier check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing stay with family for long weekend

Location great as quiet at night, busy when you walked out of the front door though during the day but given its an iconic landmark and having lived close by years ago this was expected and did not detract from the stay in a lovely comfortable apartment.

Food left in freezer. Fridge and one pan had been missed by cleaners.

Everything. Location, comfort , space, kitchen and bathrooms all great. Whole apartment exceeded expectations. Very special place.

Sofas could have been cleaner, if you lifted the cushions they were not clean underneath (only lifted them to look for a lost phone ) and for the money we paid it I would have expected sofa to be clean there .

A beautiful apartment in the royal crescent, we couldn’t ask for a better location. it was beautifully furnished with everything we needed.

There was nothing not to like about this property, it would have been lovely to stay longer but it would perhaps have taken us over budget and even though parking was nearby this was an additional cost to consider.

Highly-recommended for a multi-generational family stay.

Beautiful, centrally-located apartment that’s much larger than the pictures portray. We loved staying in this gorgeous flat on the impressive Royal Crescent. We slept soundly and there was loads of space for granny, parents and kids. We used the flat as a base to explore the beautiful Georgian crescents, Roman Baths, Bath skyline and the fantastic shopping in Bath.

Just needs an additional key and a snib lock.

The property was in a good location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The property was well maintained, clean and a very good size. The host met us at the property before we were allowed to check in so that we could leave our bags safely. Throughout our stay we were told about the history of the building by a taxi driver and local tour guide. I will reccommend this property to family and friends. I would like to stay here again in the future.

The stairs leading down to the property were very steep and would be a problem for the elderly and young children. Part of the bannister was missing near to the top and very open. The door lock kept getting stuck when trying to open and close the door.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, lovely to stay on the Royal Crescent.

Just a reminder that it’s a residential area so we were asked to not make too much noise, no parking at accommodation but a good alternative not far away in public car park.

Amazing stay in a wonderful apartment in lovely Bath.

Absolutely beautiful property in a wonderful location. We have stayed in Bath many times but it was fantastic to stay in the iconic Royal Crescent in such a lovely apartment. Dan, our host, sent out detailed information prior to arrival which made finding, getting in and settled easy. The location is walking distance for the main attractions, shopping and lovely restaurants/bars. The facilities were absolutely on point and everything provided for-down to champagne flutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and look forward to booking again. Thank you so much!

There was nothing to not like-just a few small things that would make it perfect!…The rooms were a little on the hot side, although air conditioning units were on hand which was great. The boiler, occasionally made a loud banging noise which the first time made us jump until we realised what it was! It would have been useful to have two sets of keys for when people wanted to do different things.

Really central, spacious apartment perfect for a weekend away.

Stunning location - in a prestigious street in Bath but also very convenient for centre of town and also long stay car park. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. A great find!

Some noise heard from apartment above. Being a basement apartment, no views although was surprisingly light. Only one shower (other bathroom had a bath which didn't have a shower over).
