Great central location for all the sights, shopping and restaurants but noisy late eve/early morning

Location was really central and ideal for shopping and restaurants. Well decorated and clean. Good for people watching!

Everything was great until the evenings. Unfortunately the square outside was a cut through to the local Weatherspoon and other pubs so it was very noisy until the early hours off the morning. Not a property for a light sleeper. Car parks about a 10 min walk.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, would definitely recommend!

Perfect location, right in the centre of Bath, just a few minutes walk from the Thermae Spa, all shops within a short walk. Comfy & warm beds, clean, well equipped, good communication from the property owner. Would definitely recommend for a city break in Beautiful Bath.

The only downside was the noise from the square outside - party goers at night and market traders early in the morning! But ear plugs worked for the light sleepers in our group so wasn’t a major problem. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and no lift so bear that in mind for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderful stay in an authentic central Bath apartment

Location is excellent - albeit a little noisy at night but that is a small price to pay to be in the heart of the city. Key collection was seamless with the key lock box - no having to arrange to meet someone. Apartment was beautiful. And the building itself too.

Bathroom could do with renovation and a new shower so that it is in keeping with the rest of the apartment. Not a big deal though.

Each room should have had a bin, not enough toilet paper and no recycling bin, there was a lot of dust on the floors, vinyl and carpet.

Absolutely charming location for a city stay… A***

The location was absolutely excellent for my son’s Bath centre Graduation. It has an enchanting view of the lovely Kingsmead Square from most windows; it was a well appointed and spacious property equipped with everything we needed to self-cater. The beds were super comfy and the water good and hot.

Perfect!! Amazing location and amazing place!! We were attending the Robbie Williams concert in Bath so only booked the one night. Just wish we could have stayed longer……… spacious, clean and well equipped. We will be back!!

Beautiful apartment in central Bath.

The apartment was in a splendid location, on a buzzing square 5 mins from the centre, with coffee shops, amazing gelato shop, restaurants and a few pubs. It was spacious, elegant and clean. The bedding was beautifully white and fresh and the beds were really comfortable. There was ample space for clothes and luggage, and the furnishings were comfortable and stylish. My Mum, sister and I loved it all. It is perfect for a weekend getaway and Bath is brilliant for this too.

Large and comfy flat well equipped with one bath centrally located

The appartement, especially rooms and living rooms were spacious and confortable. The instruction to collect the keys was clear and the appartment ideally situated close to the city centre, shops and main place to visit. The property was clean.

The kitchen could have been more equipped like something to wash the salad, but there were enough plates, glasses and cutlery's for 6 people and the dishwasher very convenient. The property is ideally situated, however the central location means there can be noise outside at night, or early morning because of shops deliveries and small market stalls right in front on the main square. But this was overall manageable and beds were comfy so we managed to sleep.

Splendid comfortable flat in a top location

Loved the position, decor, comfortable beds and the sitting room is just gorgeous. Convenient that car park is just behind for offloading luggage etc. Couple of very small issues - lack of a bin in the bathroom and cafetière which I raised with the very helpful and responsive agent and am confident will be promptly addressed. Worth noting that the seagulls in Bath are nocturnal and listed buildings cannot be double glazed so if you are noise sensitive take earplugs! Super place would absolutely stay again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay & found the property well situated & comfortable.

Excellent location right in the middle of Bath a few minutes stroll from the main attractions & shops. 2 main bedrooms are a good size & (double) beds very comfortable. Good blackout blinds & curtains.

3rd bedroom (twin) much smaller & no blackout blind & curtains much thinner. We felt the apartment was comfortable for 4 adults but would be less so for 6. Could do with additional comfortable chairs in living room. It would also be a struggle to get 6 adults round the dining table. Only having 1 bathroom was not ideal. Some of the pre-arrival information provided was inaccurate.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Bath. What's not to love?!

The location was incredible - right in the middle of Bath and with access to everything. The apartment was decorated beautifully and was cleaned to a high standard. There were all the usual facilities and we weren't without anything. Very happy.

The rooms were very hot (we travelled in August) but the hosts did provide us with fans for each room. We would have opened the windows but as it was a central city location there was a lot of revelry going on until the early hours so the noise would have been too much. That being said, we booked a City Centre location so were prepared for the noise from the streets so this is not a negative as we knew what to expect - this was our choice.

There was no email - as had been promised - with the code for the lockbox for the key. We had to call booking.com to get the code to be able to enter. It would have been helpful to know in advance that no bathing soap or shampoo is provided. A hair-dryer would have been useful.

A great weekend spent with friends in a lovely apartment in central Bath.

The location is perfect for a relaxed weekend in Bath. Many different places to eat and drink within an easy walk as well as theatre. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a real homely feel, comfortable beds another big advantage.

The process of booking and being able to contact them was tricky, but they did reply quickly to emails.

Loved the super central location, and the spacious comfy quirky building. Great storage spaces, very clean and well heated.

We missed having bins in the bedrooms and toilet. We missed having a full length mirror and well lit mirrors in the rooms, the only bedroom mirror was on the dressing table in the master bedroom. Really really missed having a hair dryer, we all forgot ours! These are tiny things that we just noticed weren't there. The beds in the twin were not as comfy as the other 2 double rooms

The location was nice and central. The beds were extremely comfy. The living room and bedrooms had pleasant decor.

Absolutely perfect, great location and everything you need and more

The property was stunning. It had a lovely lay out, including bathroom with a bath and shower, a nice size kitchen, 3 bedrooms all of good size. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the decor complimented the accommodation. The location was absolutely spot on. We had Tesco with less than a minute walk and Sainsburys even less. The check in process was easy and the communication was really good with the property.
