Was a lovely apartment but the major limitation were the 4 flights of stairs to access it.

Centrally located, large bedrooms, well furnished and equipped. Tea and coffee provided and jams. Nice touch.

4 flights of stairs - not mentioned in information. We had my mum (82 years old) with us and it limited her ability to go in and out. Shower in main bathroom leaks. No microwave. Lack of cleaning equipment eg black bin bags, cleaning spray, cloths. Noise from local bars woke us at night.

One of the best self catering properties we have found in Bath for our group of six.

Perfect for our group of ladies on a short Christmas break. Staff in the restaurant could not have been more helpful. We had a take away delivered from downstairs which was great after a day’s shopping !

Probably the amount of stairs if you have mibility issues.

Christmas Ladies get together

We have just returned from a 3 day stay and can safely safe we had a wonderful few days, there were 6 of us all ladies so having so much space and bathrooms certainly made our stay ecxceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect and we could walk to all the attractions, shopping and of course the Christmas markets. We also really appreciated the late check out thank you. We would definitely recommend this property.

Superb bedrooms. Tea and coffee and milk for arrival. Great meal at Robun downstairs

Would like more dishwasher tablets. At least one per day plus one for departure. A milk jug because we liked the teapot. A pizza cutter please.

Host obviously cares about an excellent guest experience

Breakfast: tea & coffee supplies, and pod coffee maker supplied. Also bread loaf, butter and toaster. Oat & skim milk, and 2 liters water in fridge. Extra half bath on each floor. Large living room was helpful for our group of 8

Unit needs more USB ports. Upstairs bathroom needs more towel bars.

Perfect place to stay for a large group.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were a group of friends & family, with 2 couples and 2 individuals and appreciated that we had our own bedrooms, with ensuites for the couples, and 1.5 baths on the second floor used exclusively by the 2 individuals. The beds , pillows, and linens were high quality and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and nice living room and dining table. The staff in the restaurant downstairs was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation!

It was very hot when we stayed and fans would be helpful. One bedroom had a fan and I bought an inexpensive fan for my room that I also bought downstairs to the common areas to share; we left it. Also, the apartment is near several bars / restaurants and on weekends it was a little loud until things shut down. We knew this when we booked but felt the location was worth a little noise.

Clean, stylish, and perfectly located in a beautiful city.

Style, location, cleanliness. Comfortable beds and sofas.

If you’re travelling with elderly relatives or very young children ( pushchairs etc) there are stairs to reach the flat. There is nowhere to offload your luggage from a car. You will need to go to a nearby car park to park up and carry any bags and cases across a busy road.

Exceptionally comfortable, stylish and central. Couldn't ask for anything else!

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for our comfort and enjoyment. I especially appreciated the little pouches of oat milk. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Bath. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and it was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything. The traffic noise might be a bit much for people who aren't used to it, but then don't book an apartment in a city centre if you're not prepared for some noise.

A fantastic property for a group of friends

Fantastic location , really nicely presented . Really comfortable beds , very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee , tea, bread and other condiments . The prosecco on arrival was lovely . Very easy check in . Definitely want to return

We had a really lovely stay

The location was excellent and it was lovely having so much extra provided like milk, water, tea, coffee, bread, bath bombs etc. plus there was a bottle of Prosecco and some lovely chocolates too. The bedding and towels were all great.

It was really noisy very late on Thursday night from a bar next door which disturbed those sleeping at the back. There were a lot of stairs. The en suite bathroom in the lowest bedroom smelt a bit unpleasant but it was more of an old building smell, not cleanliness.

Perfect location and accommodation for our weekend away , however be aware of the karaoke bar underneath!

Lovely furnishings, comfy beds, very clean, well stocked with tea, coffee, butter, milk and even a bottle of Prosecco on arrival .

We weren’t made aware when we booked about the karaoke bar below the house which was extremely loud - music sounded like it was in next room and clients on stairs outside the property entrance screaming and shouting . However it did stop around 10.45. Not ideal if you’re planning a night in! En-suite shower doesn’t work if another shower being used at same time, obviously a water pressure issue! A coffee machine would be great!

A wonderful family stay - very central location

Fabulous host, very welcoming. Very comfy beds. All bedrooms were of a good size and high standard. Great to have some supplies provided in the kitchen when we arrived.

Some noise from the bars behind, but it’s to be expected in such a central location.

Excellent position and lots of restaurants nearby. We had a very enjoyable family celebration.

Location was excellent but it did mean that in the evening it was rather noisy until about 2pm. Rooms were very comfortable.

It was noisy as the pubs and bars had gardens backing onto property which were covered, so meant that smokers were partying until 2pm.. Wet patch on stairs from leaking sky light.

The location is amazing and the house is very comfortable

The host did not reply to messages/ emails/ or picked up the phone. We had to call booking and ask for help. Booking was working on a reallocation plan when we decided to ask in a restaurant below the apartment if they could help. It turns out they are responsible for checking us in, but this information was never previously shared. This caused a lot of stress. We waited for news of the bait for 1.5 hours in the rain and cold before finding the solution by ourselves.

A great graduation stay.

The whole apartment was just as described and pictured. All amenities were to a very high standard. Made our daughters graduation extra special due to the location. Would definitely use again.

Gorgeous apartment

The apartment is central to everything. We hired it fir a graduation event and all the places we beed to get to were about 10 to 1 mins walk and great restaurants all nearby. The apartment is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms a lovely size. 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets meant nobody had to wait to get into a bathroom. Proseco milk and water were in tge fridge and jams and teas in the karder. I recommend you have some coffee too. All in allalivrly place today. We woukd definitely love to rent thus apartment again.

I would mention that there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment so would not be suitable fir anyone with mobility issues.

Fantastic find in city of Bath

What a fantastic apartment! The rooms were spacious beautifully decorated. Location was brilliant. And the hosts were so thoughtful leaving some lovely basics in the kitchen for us - really appreciated! Was perfect for a comfy family stay. Many thanks

Loved the apartment at Robun which was ideal for a family holiday.

Loved the feel of the place. Great location, large bedrooms, comfortable beds and warm as every room had a heater. Appreciated the little extras such as complimentary wine and Lindt chocolates.

Needed better lighting in the lounge room to be able to read at night.
