Discover this stunning townhouse in the heart of Bath, perfect for groups or families. This beautifully renovated property boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a cosy lounge/media room, and a modern kitchen. Enjoy a prime location, just steps from Bath's main attractions, offering a sanctuary in the city centre. This property sleeps up to eight guests.



The Space:

As you enter the house, you'll step into the hallway. The ground floor features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that comfortably seats 10. The basement level houses the lounge/media room, designed for relaxation. It includes a large sofa, comfortable seating, and a film projector, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.



The first floor offers the master/family bedroom, complete with a super king-size bed that can be arranged as a super king or two singles upon request. A sliding door leads to a second room with a single bed and a pull-out mattress, providing additional sleeping space. A bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC is also located on this floor.



The second floor features two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, including a sink, walk-in shower, and WC. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the other provides a double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request.



The house's prime location allows easy access to Bath's historical and cultural attractions. You're within walking distance of the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and a wide array of dining options.



PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOUSE HAS A NUMBER OF STAIRCASES AND BALUSTRADES WITHOUT CHILD SAFETY GATES, AND BECAUSE OF WHICH IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD.

The house is ideally situated in the heart of central Bath, making all major attractions, shopping and restaurants easily accessible on foot. A bath highlight, the Thermae Spa is just a minute's walk away!



Getting Around:

Bath Spa train station is conveniently located within a ten-minute walk, offering direct train services to London, Bristol, Cardiff, the south coast, and surrounding areas. For those arriving by car, paid parking is available off-site.



Other Things to Note:

We love dogs but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate them at this property. Paid parking can be found in the city car parks, Southgate and Avon Street being the nearest. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOUSE HAS A NUMBER OF STAIRCASES AND BALUSTRADES WITHOUT CHILD SAFETY GATES, AND BECAUSE OF WHICH IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD.
