The Loft at Lucott House

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für zwei Leute benötigt. Die Lage und Aussicht ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar gewesen.

We really liked the property and it is situated in a rural setting with wonderful views of the hillside / valley from the sitting room. We had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We slept well and it was so peaceful there. No noise to disturb you. We met the owner on arrival, who was very pleasant and advised us to message him or his wife if there was anything we needed etc. He also explained where the park and ride was for going into Bath city centre and it was great. No charge to park your car and just pay for the bus ride, but we have our bus passes so didn't have to pay anything so that was a bonus. The loft is ideally situated for days out to the Cotswolds which was great. The owners had also provided home made scones, jam and clotted cream which was a lovely touch. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend the loft to others.

There was nothing we didn't like. The outside stairs up to the loft might be an issue for those with mobility issues, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Nice quiet location very well situated for picking up the park-and-ride into the city. We loved the pick your own pears that we were invited to help ourselves to. Friendly host who met us on arrival to explain the car parking arrangements. Home-made scones, jam & cream to welcome us. Nice spacious shower. Had everything we required for this stay.

We would’ve preferred to be able to control the heating ourselves, that said there were some extra blankets. No curtains on the door and a TV fixed to the wall which made it hard to view and felt a bit exposed even though your up high ( personal preference)

It was nicely decorated, lovely views from the loft, it had all the necessary stuff. The owners were very friendly.

We liked everything.
