The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a home from home stay. Good TV easy to use. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Just enough room for 3 people without being on top of each other. 10 min drive into Bath, we used the local park and ride. On the day we drove into Bath we parked at Charlotte Street outdoor car park which was £7.60 for 4 hours.
The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was very loose and slid sideways when you sat on it.
The patio area and back garden could have done with weeding and the grass was shin height so badly in need of cutting.
The front garden is also overgrown which is a shame as the neighboring gardens are so well kept and as it's the first thing guests see its such a shame as the inside is so lovely.

Spacious house with all the necessities provided.
A travel cot was also provided.
Not enough tea towels or kitchen towels for 2 night stay. The bins are labeled but too small to contain items except the food waste bin. The heating in the living room was not working

Modern and newly built

It is a little sterile without character.
Outside the front door (where you collect the keys) it was loaded with smelly bins and bottles - that had clearly not been removed for a long time). It would smell everything we entered the property - which is not the impression you want.
And the TV was useless. No channels worked which is a joke. They have a modern system but nothing was available.
