Lovely flat in good location.
Comfortable and spacious.
Parking was good, able to park just up the road from the property.
Lovely couple of pubs locally, great food at the Locksbrook Inn, great company at the New Crown Inn.
Nice walk into the city along the river took about 40 minutes. More direct walk took about 30 minutes and bus from just down the road took about 15 minutes.
Great communication with the owners and very accommodating.
Would recommend.

The owner responded to a message by including my request for a hairdryer at the property. Special!!
Too hot, despite fans provided!!

Location and free street parking.
Very tired decor throughout and not very clean generally. The kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath smell rather bad and take ages to drain. Shower towels are very small. Pillows are uncomfortable and lumpy! Velux window blind in top room doesn't function properly and all windows are filthy (look like they have never been cleaned!).
