Worked perfectly for me as my son has a flat 2 minutes away and a bonus having a Spar 30 secs away.

The ease of getting in with a code lock. Parking was right outside although if unlucky you might have to park in another street. Very well equipped kitchen. Heating controls simple.

If I were to be picky, if providing teas and coffees more sugar for 3 people staying for 3 nights would be appropriate. The shower could do with an upgrade for this quality house.

Lovely house, great location, comfy stay

Beautiful house, and amazing location! The bedrooms were both really good sizes and parking was easy. Kitchen was so lovely and light and had great facilities. Absolutely recommend staying here. Beds were so comfy as well and property was extremely clean.

Only downside is that there is 1 bathroom for the whole house (no downstairs W/C), and the temperature control in the shower was a little temperamental. The carpet on the stairs is also a little slippery so be careful! Other than that we had a perfect stay and would definitely come again!

Wonderful stay in a real Georgian/Victorian era house in historic Bath

The bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage. Beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was large. There is a cozy lounge, large dining room and well equipped kitchen. Parking is provided and public transport is convenient.

Another bathroom would be good for the 4 of us. Water pressure in the shower was low so the hot water was really hot.

We had a problem with the ‘pop up’ plug in the bath - it didn’t pop up! First use was a shower that took 3 & a half hours to drain so obviously a bath was out of the question! After contacting the ? owner a handyman arrived the next morning and removed the plug so we could shower. The bath would have benefited from a grab rail and mat to ease getting out of bath. Towels a little on the small side.

A perfect base to explore Bath and surrounding areas.

Lovely period property in a quiet residential road. A really nice 25 minute walk along the river to Bath City centre. There is a fantastic pub called the Locksbrook Inn a few minutes walk away and a great Thai restaurant Mai Thai around the corner. The house is so comfortable to relax in after a busy day exploring Bath.

Great place to stay

This was our second stay here - plenty of space, very comfortable. Nice walk along the river into the city centre, and a handful of eating places and shops nearby. Would happily stay again.

The garden was lovely, a real sun trap if a bit untidy. Lovely kitchen with plenty of storage and appliances. Parking was not a problem. Great weekend.

The lounge could have been a little cleaner (crumbs on the sofa). Also a water spray bottle insert found under one of the beds.

The house is spacious, and the smart TV included Netflix and Amazon Prime. The location is also nice, with couple of nice cafes, and grocery store (Spar) nearby. Enough space for Parking on the road. Nice and clean house, recommend for family stay.

Couple of minor things: 1. The shower speed was very slow, could be improved. 2. Although the garden is pretty, it could have been better maintained by mowing the grass and weeds.

The house was very warm, the rooms are excellent sizes and the kitchen was a great, light space and well appointed. There are some lovely features: high ceilings, fireplaces, sash bay windows and pleasant garden space. The main bed was comfortable and the chance to park outside the house was great. For our trip, it's location was ideal and an easy walk into the city centre. Communication from our Host was excellent

The shower was gentle, fine but more pressure would've been good. The décor was pleasant if a little sparse, more finishing touches would've wowed. The upstairs sash windows could be noisy in the wind

Everything was great. We were able to have access earlier than expected and it was lovely and warm when we arrived. Really beautiful house with everything we could have needed. Beds were super comfortable, lots of hot water, lots of space, short walk into town.

Jolie maison très confortable. Le chauffage était mis à notre arrivée, merci ! Juste, attention à l'escalier. Parking dans la rue, gratuit, avec pré enregistrement par les propriétaires. Des commerces juste à côté. Des lignes de bus pour Bath, on peut payer directement dans le bus. Parfait !
