Great location

The block of apartments only have French doors no actual windows to open for fresh air so being on the ground floor means all that walk past look in or to the rear from bedroom , residents going to bin shed and communal garden/space can also do the same , you cannot leave open at night or if going out as it is very easy access for anyone to gain access this was our issue Yes the property could have been cleaned better ie clean to edge of the kitchen floor not just a quick mop leaving a film of residue , clean the cooker and hob , descale kettle Overall great flat and location

Appartamento molto bello in una zona residenziale e con parcheggio e supermarket vicini.

Pur avendo una cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, alcune pentole e posate erano sporche. In bagno non c'era acqua calda per la doccia ed abbiamo dovuto fare una doccia fredda.

Location and free parking

May have been user error, but I couldn’t get any hot water to the shower. Advised we were planning to arrive at 3, cleaner just finishing off when we arrived, but only had to wait around 20 minutes. Should have checked in advance, but no toiletries, hand wash, etc provided. Supermarket nearby so no big issue.

Good location, close to a large supermarket. Great to have parking included, but this was on first come first served basis with the whole block so not necessarily guaranteed. Though I will say we did not have trouble finding a space. Check in was smooth with clear instructions sent on the day. Decent sized apartment, the sofa was comfy to sleep on (I like a hard mattress) though narrow.

There was only half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights stay, so we had to buy our own. There was no foot towel in the bathroom and the floor was very slippery after a shower as the glass doesn't cover the spray from getting everywhere, which was hazardous. On one occasion I did slip getting out. There were only enough towels for 2 people despite 3 of us staying. There was no hand soap or any shower toiletries in the bathroom (despite advertising them) so we had to buy our own. The apartment was quite dirty with a lot of dust and clumps of hair in the carpet of the bedroom. The bathroom bin was also not changed since the last people and was half full. The kitchen had no cork screw or coffee. The utensils and cooking things were quite dirty so had to clean before using. There was only 1 dishwasher tablet so we could only put our dishes to wash when we were leaving.
