We really love this place but for £500+ per night it is in need of some TLC and a deep clean!

This is the second time we have booked this property and really enjoyed both our stays! Very spacious perfectly located apartment! Nice touch putting up an Xmas tree and decorations. The beds are comfy.

Was extremely cold entering the property and takes a long time to warm up so maybe could activate the heating before arrival in winter. Unfortunately found the property to be pretty dirty! The shower in the main bathroom is extremely dirty and mouldy both shower heads desperately need replacing and nobody wanted to shower under them. Also mould on the ceilings and needs sorting!

Super central multi-room Victorian home in Bath

The location is excellent and the standard of rooms is generally high. You could not ask for a more centrally located property.

The bottom and top floor bathroom doors were odd, with the former not locking properly while the latter could not stay closed without using the bolt lock. The main chandelier also was missing a bulb. The nearest car park is still a good walk away, which was a slight inconvenience given that one member of our family had an injured foot.

Great location and comfortable.

The location was excellent and the place met our requirements. It was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

We struggled to understand the central heating system but it certainly worked well when switched on. Being a townhouse in central Bath, there are plenty of stairs to negotiate.

A fantastically located property with every convenience you might need. Paul the host was so friendly and accommodating, from advance setting up of the bedrooms to suit our group, to allowing us to leave our bags on the final day and even leaving a little welcome bottle in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

We had an amazing stay. The location is superb, so nice not to have to get taxis as most places are within walking distance. The Hosts were very responsive and everything we needed was there. The house was lovely and very comfortable. 9 of us stayed and all had a great time. I would 100% recommend this for your stay in Bath.

In general is a good location and nice place to stay

The house is very pretty and nice. We like all separate spaces of the living room, dining area and kitchen. A lot of room to chill out and relax. The house has tall ceiling feel like back to Georgian time.

The house is misding the toilet gels like shower gel and hair shampoo.

It is a lovely townhouse, in an ideal location and it was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. The host provided an amazing app with all of the house details, check in and check out and any other information you could want.

Fun girls trip in central Bath

Thanks very much for a great "home base" in Bath!

Very communicative & accomodating, comfortable beds and bedding (which Paul offered to configure however we needed), very clean and centrally located - less than 5 minutes easy walks to he Roman baths, long stay parking, and Waitrose - and just a street or two away from the shopping and pubs. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, dishes and cooking supplies.
