Fabulous

The townhouse was beautiful. All that we needed. Right in the centre of Bath. Lovely big kitchen. Nice relaxing lounge. All bedrooms spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms/ toilets. Couldn't hear any outside noise.

The only thing that lets Bath down is the parking facilities and the cost of parking.

Wonderful property in a perfect location. Great bars & restaurants nearby. Peaceful at night time

The location was perfect, very central & easy to walk to most of the major attractions. The beds were comfortable & showers excellent The kitchen had a wonderful table & was well equipped. Plenty of seating in living room for our group of 6 Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions & very helpful

It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to use the heating - we struggled a little to get the radiators to come on! The house is based over 3 floors & there are lots of stairs to climb - not a problem for our party but worth bearing in mind if you are visiting with less able bodied family/friends

The property was very comfortable for our group of friends from student days [a long time ago]

Location was very good with easy access to city centre. The property was quiet despite being so close to the centre, comfortable and well equipped. The large dining table and multiple seating in the lounge was great for us to hang out and chat.

We worked it out quite easily but an instruction manual for the ovens would be helpful. Also a towel/clothes hook in the 3rd floor single en suite?

Central location meant we could explore Bath city easily and return home at any time.

Fabulous central location. Very easy to access. The house was very well equipped and immaculate. Lots of washrooms/toilets. Beds were super comfy. We would book this property again if returning to Bath.

A minor inconvenience, but the window blinds (which were stylish) were too heavy - making them difficult to pull up and down with the thin ball chain.

Beautifully restored townhouse that can easily accommodate a large group.

Location was excellent. Enough bedrooms and bed to accommodate our group of 12. The dining area could hold all of us. It was very clean. The owner had anticipated any issues and was readily available if issue arose.

The rooms are in multiple floors. Lots of stairs to climb.

Great location, beautiful house, wish there was AC or bugscreen as sleeping in the hot nights was uncomfortable

Location, a lot of bathrooms with good water pressure, beautiful building

No AC and you can’t really open the windows in the attic rooms (locked for safety, bird poops, bugs). It was really hot to sleep in the middle of summer.

We enjoyed Bath very much! The charm of our accommodation enhanced our experience.

Location was superb, right next to the Pulteney Bridge. We enjoyed staying in an old building. The property had everything we needed for our families stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Dan was very quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating to our needs.

Personal preference but the bed mattresses lacked support. Watch your head if you’re tall, especially if going up to the top floor.

Outanding!

Everything was perfect and the location was outstanding, in the edge of town so easy access and peaceful at night. We were travelling with friends from the States and they were blown away with this accommodation. There were five of us but the house can take many more. Comfortable beds, great showers and plenty of space. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need including a large dining table. Parking was easy with two hour stay right by the property to unload and load and public car park 5-10 min walk. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Would have been nice to have some toiletries provided but this is clearly stated in the details so don’t forget to bring your own.

Great location, comfortable and spacious!

The property was well presented, equipped, spacious and in a great location. We enjoyed the inviting and comfortable communal spaces in the property which made spending quality time easy and that there are enough bathrooms to match the amount of bedrooms which meant no queuing! In addition, the communication with the owners of the property was great - they were quick to reply to any queries. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough and will definitely book again if I was back in Bath in a larger group!

Lovely house in central spot

This is a beautiful large and well equipped house bang in the centre of Bath. Really handy for everything but was amazingly quiet. It was perfect for a weekend girls getaway. The manager was really responsive and accommodating too.
