The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the photos. Everything we needed was provided, and the flat was well maintained throughout our stay. We spent our honeymoon here and immediately felt at home. It was a peaceful, cosy, and welcoming place to relax and create wonderful memories together. Jeani went far beyond excellent customer service and made us feel like family. During our stay, we experienced an issue caused by the sudden change in weather, which is quite common in the UK. She responded immediately and provided us with a modern dehumidifier, resolving the problem quickly. Her care, kindness, and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience. We are also pleased that future guests will benefit from this thoughtful addition. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
