This sumptuous, stylish apartment is located in one of Bath's elegant crescents adjacent to the artisan, Walcot street area and only a moment's walk from the bustling city streets. The property has been recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard, with open fire, free standing 'soup bowl' bath and separate rain shower. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with a Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher and bronze fittings. The extensive views overlook Walcot street and hills beyond.
The Space:
This luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor of beautiful Georgian terrace. The entrance hall leads directly to the kitchen with tiled walls, walnut shelving and storage cupboards. There is a dishwasher, fridge and cutlery and all the utensils that you require for your stay. To the left is a very spacious living room with open fire place, high ceilings, parquet flooring, antique gold framed mirror, 42 inch smart TV, a sofa and sofa bed (small double). In this main living room is also the dining area with oak table that comfortably seats six. The table extends to seat eight guests if required. The stylish bedroom has a fabulous super king sized bed, open wardrobe and dressing table. The views to the rear are of the artisan quarter and the hills of Bathwick and beyond.
The glamorous bathroom consists of a 'soup bowl' stone bath, brushed gold rain shower with hand held shower, WC and stone sink.
The level walk from the city streets into a the ground floor apartment, makes this property the perfect stay for anyone who struggles with steps as it is level throughout the property.
We welcome one small dog at the apartment subject to a £35 pet fee.

This beautiful ground floor apartment is in a residential area overlooking the artisan quarter of Bath. It’s a 5 min stroll to the city, 10 mins to the Roman Bath, Pump rooms and Thermae Spa.
Getting Around:
Everything that Bath has to offer is on the doorstep and walkable so a car is not necessary. There are bus tours to local places of interest such as Stonehenge & The Cotswolds. Let us know your plans and we can help with transport!
Other Things to Note:
Parking on street outside is free from 6pm - 8am. At other times you can park in one of the city car parks. The nearest long stay car park is Charlotte street car park with costs £18 per 24 hours. For free parking head up Lansdown Road to Richmond Place - about a 25 min walk.
We welcome one small dog to this property, please contact us to confirm. We kindly ask that you do not let the dogs on the furniture and do not leave them unattended. There is a £35 charge for dogs.
This is the perfect stay for anyone who struggles with mobility issues. The property is on the ground floor. There are two small steps to get off the street into the property, then no steps or stairs. The door way into the living room and kitchen are more than 82cm.
