Comfortable stay in good location.

Short walk into centre of Bath. Perfect size for 2 couples or family of 4 people. Good to have 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms for 4 people. Great to have a parking space for a car.

No plug to use the bath in the 2nd bathroom. Instructions for using the box on the wall next to each bathroom …..not sure if it was fir radiator in the bathroom or heating the water?

Filthy and all the response I got back was a sorry

Nice layout and size was sufficient and it is walkable to the centre of the town

It was filthy, poo splatters in one of the toilets. A dried boogie on the wall in the other bathroom. Filthy showers with hair in. So dirty we didn't use them and just left in the morning. Built up dust and general grim.

Very spacious clean & comfortable flat with all the appliances in a great location to town centre. Heating worked well too! Appreciated the free parking and dog friendly

Pillows a little flat no side/small plates and would need more than 1 wine glass if more occupants. Great towels were supplied just a little hard !

Great communication with the host, excellent location for exploring Bath

The location was perfect, a short and lovely walk into the town. The apartment was so really quiet. There is a train track nearby but I could hardly hear it.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest but as we were there only one night, it was fine. Could have done with a small pan in addition to the big pan and frying pan.

Location good landlord helpful and talked us through finding the correct area/parking space and keys Nice apartment with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer nice facilities, layout and location

Cleanliness, pictures sent to Sam (landlord) of bathroom, kitchen and mattress protector he has said he will talk to the cleaner, as definitely needs addressed Also train track near by ran all night so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper

Convenient for the station and very quiet location

Good location from the station. Great for a 1/2 night stay.

There needs to be a bit more attention to cleaning as lots of dust. As the shower cubicle in the main bedroom has a very slippery shower tray, a bath mat could have been provided. Also there wasn’t anywhere to put any shower gel/shampoo apart from on the floor of the shower. The towels were very hard and on the small size.

So. I had issues with reading directions to access keys. (my fault!) I called the number on my reservation and was answered immediately. Very impressed with the help! The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and location was excellent to meet my daughter. 100% recommend. BONUS: My friends visiting from the US found a cricket bat in a closet. They were far too impressed.

Everything was fine... We had an isue with the direction, since que used Google Maps to get us to the address, but it took us to another place. You HAVE TO use the map within the Booking app to get you to the right address. Be careful!...
