Property exceeded expectations! Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable; in quiet location but close to Bath itself. Had everything we needed there for us

Everything had been thought about! There was good space for everyone to relax and the garden was lovely for the morning coffee & brekky!
Upstairs was quite warm but we stayed in a heatwave, so would have been just as warm anywhere!!
