Spacious and good parking.

The living space was good for what we needed. Found all we needed in the kitchen and the shower was good. Cottage was warm but could easily turn the heating down. The host sorted the parking permits for us which was appreciated.

Some would find the location up hill tricky but the bus stop was so close that we didn't mind.

if you want a home away from home - this is it !!!

LOCATION - Perfect : we parked our car 10 meters away (free parking-just inform the host before hand), Bust stop was 10 meters away, Tesco Express was just across the street. SIZE - it was big enough for 4 ladies with 8 pieces of luggage and loads of laundry to do. Full view of the street from the living room. FACILITIES ; Kitchen had all the home appliances we needed incl coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine,. Loved the attic room. Water pressure was good. HOST - Laz was quick to respond to our questions (even in between taking college exams)

Very comfortable and owner very responsive

Really comfortable property with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with fresh milk and tea and coffee on arrival.

The parking was on the street which could be a little tricky on occasions but the owner provided a permit immediately on arrival so we could park outside.

Great stay, great location!

Lazaros provided everything we needed, the coffee was lovely :) great communication and very responsive!! The location is great - literally 30-second walk from the bus stop 😮, making our journey much easier!!! There’s a Tesco nearby, super handy for grocery shopping as well.

The boiler makes noise when using it and the hot water wasn’t very consistent, maybe considering fixing/changing a new one for better experience. :)

My stay in Bath was peaceful, scenic, and wonderfully relaxing, a perfect countryside escape.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful countryside views, and cozy interior of the cottage. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Bath’s stunning architecture, historic Roman Baths, and lovely local cafes. The combination of comfort and scenery made my stay truly memorable.

Home away from Home

This beautiful cottage was so homely and in the perfect location, a 20min walk or a 5min drive from the city center with a bus stop right outside! The host was super friendly and helpful throughout. Beds were very comfy, access to the property and parking were a breeze! Very peaceful vibe to the place! I will 1000% be booking again for the next time im in Bath!

It was beautifully decorated and laid out very comfortable

The road is a real problem but I am a very light sleeper . The curtains and blinds were see through so car lights came through all night . The host was very thoughtful though as she provided ear plugs which we thought was great

Well priced quaint corner property.

This quaint property is on a main road but well insulated and warm, so noise was never an issue. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away; incredibly convenient for travellers like ourselves. Generous living space for 4 people and our host (who was a great communicator), provided basic provisions, which we were very grateful for. We had a car but there was a bus stop outside the property. We only spent 1 night in Bath, but I would have been happy to stay here for longer.

One bed was downstairs in the general living area, separated by a screen (not a dedicated bedroom). The upstairs attic room was incredibly spacious with only one bed. Perhaps worth considering placing another bed upstairs (or a trundle bed, which allows for 2 singles) and replacing the downstairs bed with a sofa bed, that could be converted to a bed IF required…? Our sons slept in the downstairs area ( bed + sofa bed made up). This meant that there was no TV viewing once they wanted to go to bed. If driving, your car might not be parked near the property, depending on time of arrival. A consideration. It was not an issue for us but some people may not like having to carry their luggage a short distance.
