Very enjoyable and we recommend this property - only minor niggles.

Very clean & comfortable. The room arrangement suited us very well for 2 couples plus a teenager. The location was very good for exploring Bath & easy to get to from the railway station.

Only one tea towel was provided which wasn’t sufficient for the week. We needed more bin bags. There weren’t sufficient toilet rolls and those provided were too thin meaning more were used than would have been for a better quality. A knob came off the oven - it had clearly been broken before we came and had been glued into place.

Good central location.

The property was good. There’s one double bed, three single beds, one double sofa and one fold out single bed/ mattress that doubles giant footstool. There wasn’t enough toilet paper nor extra bedding which we would have needed to ask for if we all attended. In the end we were 6 instead of 7 people (then 5) that was just enough space for us. I’d say, max 7 people with 4 sharing beds.

Bath is a lovely city and the apartment was great for us two.

Location is very convenient yet quiet at night though on a busy road . Very nicely decorated and furnished. Beds comfortable and whole apartment spotless.

Lovely gem - modern, neat and clean - at an excellent location

The property was very clean - much cleaner than expected or experienced at other places before. The decor looked homely without overcrouding the place. The location of the property is really excellent - conveniently close to everything but still quite calm and out of the hustle and bustle, and we felt safe. The layout of the property is quite fascinating and we're sorry we didn't have time to make use of the outside areas. The kitchen has everything one needs, incl a dishwasher, and we were surprised to see how clean the oven glove was. Bathrooms are fitted with bins with plastic bags (thank you for that) and, of course, the cookies upon arrival were a big treat. The property is modern and neat and looks as if it has been renovated recently. We highly recommend this apartment.

Just one small thing, really: the toilets in both bathrooms tend to splash water onto the seat when they are flushed. We got into the habit of lifting the seat up before flushing. The shower is a bit small but one gets used to it.

This is in a great location to everything we needed and a very spacious apartment - great for 5 adults stay for the weekend to celebrate our friends birthday . Good amenities too .

Fantastic central location, excellent use of space in the apartment. Suited a party of 6 very well. Lovely and clean. We had a great stay! And will definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment in the city centre

We had a wonderful stay here, parking was never a problem. Few minutes walk to all the attractions, lovely restaurant across the road (must book!). Home from home stay kids happy to have their own space,, big kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for us and teenagers to get ready in! Will definitely use this property again if visiting Bath.

Excellent property, beautifully equipped but car parking impossible.

The location is on the edge of the centre of Bath and walking around was easy. Interaction with the property manager was superb. The property was extremely well equipped, very thoughtful and the cleanliness excellent.

The car parking is non-existent. A pass to park on the road in the 'Central Zone' is all very well, but arriving at 7.00pm on a Friday meant driving around for 30 minutes and still not finding a parking space. That should be mentioned in the offer made by the property owners. Also, it is worth mentioning that there is absolutely no sound proofing in the property, it is very loud inside indeed as next to a busy road junction. Describing it as free parking is misleading - 'possibility of road parking' would be more truthful.
