Great location. Temperature, being in the basement it was nice and cool. Fans/air con provided was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable. Property was clean with everything that we needed.

The beds were comfortable and the location was close to everything we needed.
We were surprised about how many stairs there were in the property and that it spread out over two floors, this is not mentioned anywhere in the description online and I went we to elderly relatives and they found it a struggle to keep going up and down the stairs especially as there were no handrails.

It was in a fabulous location
The property wasn’t cleaned properly, shower not clean and bins not emptied. Food left in the fridge and freezer from previous guests

House and location
Communication from purestay. Stayed in a fair few places with my family but the communication from the team has been poor. If I hadn't emailed on the Sunday I don't think I'd have received any communication from you and not be able to gain access. No information guide/book which would of been helpful.
