Bad service

We couldn't get through to the admin team on the day of our booking. We had to call the door for another family to answer and say they had booked the apartment. We had no call or email to say our booking was cancelled. Since then no apology. Luckily booking.com refunded us and helped book another apartment.

DOUBLE BOOKED - SCAM LISTING

SCAM LISTING DO NOT BOOK. This listing is no longer available and the company has not taken it down . My friends and I booked to stay in Flat 1 for New Years Eve. I tried contacting the property running up to us arriving as I hadn't received the access code for the lock box and the information states I would receive it within 24 hours of arriving. Received a pin via booking.com which I wrongly assumed was for the lockbox (it wasn't). Arrived at the property for check-in only to find another group already there saying they had booked via Airbnb. We couldn't contact the listing owners by any means, phone, email or messages. We had to wait on the phone to booking.com for almost an hour outside in minus temperatures to be told to wait a further 45 minutes for them to try and contact the hosts. We then got an update to say our booking would be refunded by booking.com and we would have to book another place and pay out of pocket while we wait for a refund as they also could not contact the property owners. It was new years eve in Bath and there were 6 of us, we were incredibly lucky to get the last three rooms in a hotel nearby. Turns out this listing is for the people who used to own this property and they are still taking bookings and money from people even though the business was sold a year ago to the new owner who we managed to speak to. Even after reporting this to booking.com I can still see this listing is up. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We're still waiting for the rest of our money from the additional stay we had to book.

Beautiful apartment in a very central location close to bars, theatre and cafés.

Great central location and beautifully spacious apartment.

It was noisy in the evenings but in such a central location this is to be expected. It didn't bother us but worth mentioning for others.

Superb

The location was perfect. The apartment was just as it looks in the photos - amazing! The host responded really well to any questions we asked. As a group of girls we felt safe and secure in the property. We loved the kitchen facilities and all the extras in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the lounge/dining area was great for a special birthday breakfast. I'd love to live there!

Good location

advertised as having 3 bathrooms which was a specific requirement of our group. on arrival only 2 bathrooms. No extra set of bedding for the fold out bed so no where for the third person to sleep

Fantastic centrally located period property apartment

Fantastic centrally located apartment within a beautiful building. Comfortable beds and, an array of furniture in the living room. Functional kitchen and nice en-suite, WC and shower facilities.

One bedroom was a little cold-the electric heater didn’t suffice. A little noisy being very centrally located with only single glazed windows.

If you love a homely feel and being in the centre of things this is the place to stay

location was great, the interior had a very cosy feel to it, like being a home from home

we stayed Friday and Saturday night and due to location being great in the centre there was a fair amount of noise from people out late and into the early hours.

Although the location is good & central the noise of people in the streets is too loud & affected sleep until 4am ! Pull out Bed in longe uncomfortable ! Not enough privacy in En-suites with open or clear glass dividing the spaces ! ok for couples but as 4 female friends not appropriate!

Fantastic apartment just a stone's throw from everything! Warm and comfortable and lovely original features!

Can become noisy in the early morning due to refuse collections, window cleaning and general bustle in the square. Not good for light sleepers. However the back bedroom is a little better.

Stunning apartment in the centre of Bath. Lynsey was very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved the apartment and the level of attention to detail. Would highly recommend for a weekend trip to Bath! Great value for money for such a luxurious stay!

Absolutely lovely apartment. perfect location in the Centre of Bath. Has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. The apartment is clean, good quality bed lining and towels. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Bath.
