Modern, Clean, and very well located in the heart of the city

Very modern, clean, well appointed and great location in the heart of the city, and a short walk to the main parking area.....note Bath is very difficult to find parking, so this is a big asset when booking in Bath).

Was a great stay, however, we had no linens for the sofa bed (you are supposed to request them in advance), however, when I did ask for them, they promised to bring them over, though we did not receive them. A small inconvenience which we worked around, and overall was a very good stay, and will remember it for the future.

We were so disappointed with this apartment. It was nothing like the photographs shown on Booking.com. We paid a premium

That it was a place to sleep and had a fully usable kitchen. It was only a short walk from the lovely streets of Bath.

Unfortunately, these apartments were nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com. The apartment was very old, there were scuff marks and paint missing off many of the walls. The kitchen bins were dirty. The washing machine and laundry cupboard was absolutely disgusting, and despite my wiping out of the washing machine before using it, which left black stinky lint over my wipes, also dirtied my laundry when I washed it and I needed to re-wash. There was mould in the shower and the shower walls were not particularly clean. The photographs show a little courtyard with tables and chairs, this was nowhere to be seen. When we booked, we were really looking for somewhere lovely to stay and this was a complete letdown. The photograph of the room I booked showed a second bedroom upstairs with an open ceiling to the rest of the apartment. This was not the case. The blinds in both the main bedroom and the kitchen did not work. Many of the fittings were loose or hanging from the wall. The elevator did not work which meant carrying very heavy suitcases up four flights of stairs.

Great apartment, shame about the online admin

Location was good, apartment was lovely

Online booking was cumbersome, after the booking.com a separate booking portal by the apartment that needed photo ID etc. And then security codes made the booking in process time consuming and overly complex, then followed by text and email instructions 1 hour before arrival just felt overly complex. Shame for an other wise very good apartment in a great location at a fair price

Very clean and high tech, Close to the station and centre , easy to navigate and a very cute bookshop directly opposite it.

A little bit of scaffolding going on with a building next door so a little noise early in the morning, No issue with this property though and surely an only short term thing!

Bright , clean, comfy , secure apartment in the very heart of the city.

Location couldn't BE more central and convenient being just a very short walk from all the city centre attractions. A VFM alternative to the cost of 3 bedrooms in the surrounding hotels

The kitchen is not currently well- equipped for self catering with hardly enough crockery or cutlery for the 3 of us. Never mind if 6 of us had been trying to eat or drink there. I think an inventory needs to be done urgently and missing items replaced so that there is 2 sets of 6 of everything. Also we had clearly stated that one of us would need to use the sofa bed but no bed linen had been left for that. However it was willingly and swiftly supplied when we discovered and reported that.

A very enjoyable stay at this special place

We was very happy with our stay at this lovely apartment, very modern and clean . In very good location for everything around within a minutes walk . Would definitely recommend highly staying here . We will be booking again in the summer for a return visit

We booked for 3 people and asked for the sofa bed to be made up, it wasn't. However the the extra bedding for the sofa bed was lacking and there was no duvet cover or sheets. There were only towels for 2 people. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfotable.

Check-in instructions could have been clearer as we had to ask a nearby hotel for directions to the apartment gate (The hosts sent an address to us but it led us to this hotel rather than the actual apartment). Maybe send a photo of the gate to guests

Stayed for “one night” in an alternative town house which was up and down four flights of stairs from bedroom to kitchen

Got to the appt and was told was double booked. To be fair, I can’t comment on this appt. Booked for 2 nights and the booking agent apologised for the double booking. We were offered an alternative place but for only one night. We had paid for 2 nights

A gem of a place

The accommodation was brilliant, so close to everything. Dog friendly was easy to access and the lift was a bonus for our old dog. The property was spacious and comfortable. Would definately recommend and use again if visiting Bath. Pub opposite worth a visit and again dog friendly 👍

Bathroom was clean Overall we enjoyed Bath the apartment is in a great location so that made up for a few of the items mentioned below.

Got internet on last night but so slow it was not usable. Real shame as we wanted to use it to plan our time here in Bath instead we had to go out to use a restaurant WiFi . The apartment was more or less clean when we arrived, as we were not planning on cooking etc no big deal oven tray /freezer not clean. There is no brush or hoover so floor was a bit dusty and more so now after us being here a couple of days. The apartment could do with a deep clean and a few touch ups as walls are very scratched. A few pictures or a tv in the bedrooms, a full length mirror or at least a mirror in the bedrooms for drying hair would be good editions. Blinds were also a hit or miss depending on the window. with a few small changes this could be an amazing apartment.

Smooth checkin and checkout facility. City centre area. Clean apartment with all basics including kitchen. Comfortable beds. Working TV and all electronics.

Location was convenient and close to everything.

Toiletries like body wash/shampoo are not provided, so we had to ask local establishments for supplies because stores were closed when we realized. Other locations we stayed at during our trip provided these items.

A brilliant apartment that is modern, well cared for and in a good position

A clean ,modern and comfy apartment. In a great and central area . A lift is a bonus with suitcases and all secure gates and doors. Very warm in the apartment and kitchen well equipped.

The road had a few bars and eating places so it was noisy especially on a Saturday night . I’m afraid if the sofa was used for a third person to sleep on they need changing as wasn’t that comfortable.

Lovely apartment in great location but could do with a few basics and less noise from neighbours

Location was perfect, apartment was as expected. Communication was great.

Unfortunately at no fault of the owner there was an all night party in the apartment opposite on the Friday until 6am, then the Saturday the beer garden over the road was rowdy until late. There was no toilet roll in the apartment or milk which is just a nice to have from most hosts. Would recommend a review of the door lock as we got locked in twice which isn’t safe in the event of a fire.

while we loved bath, and the location of the apartment, we were sometimes frustrated.

location was excellent, the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. we were assisted by the staff at the sister property, who sometimes responded immediately.

sadly, the elevator seems to suffer from issues regularly, we were told, and it stopped working just after our arrival, and never was repaired after 4 nights. thankfully, someone from the sister property came to help with our bags at departure. the internet is quite poor, we were given codes to other apartments when ours stopped working, but it was never consistent service. while travelling, internet is key to keep in touch with the next step in travel, checking routes, booking in, etc. we would have appreciated certain instructions (hidden knobs on the oven, a main switch on the wall to turn the oven on) for things that may not be familiar to foreign visitors.

Comfortable central apartment perfect for a couple of days.

Central location and only a 12 minute walk from the train station. Check in instructions were precise and clear. Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk provided were great to find arrival after a long journey. Bed very comfortable. Would stay again when next in Bath.

It was a little noisy with construction workers next door and a rooftop bar across the road. The main street entrance was a bit tricky to locate as there was scaffolding on either side of the building. No laundry detergent supplied. One or two sachets similar to the dishwashing sachets provided would have be helpful.

The location and the whole set up was amazing 🤩The team responded immediately to any queries. The beds were super comfortable

The heating controls didn't seem to work and the WiFi. Also we felt uncomfortable by a man hanging around talking loudly on his phone, smoking and throwing cigarettes everywhere in the entry way. I recommend TVs in the bedrooms

Modern and great location

Great location, stylish and modern accomodation and we appreciated the free storage option available nearby. The bathroom was clean and modern. Some toiletries are provided (although we didn’t get shampoo).

We found the apartment to be quite warm and we weren’t able to open any of the windows. Fans were provided but given the apartment is on the top level and the windows can’t be opened, perhaps air conditioning units could be looked into for the future. No hairdryer in the bathroom either, which would have been helpful.

Hot, noisy, poorly cleaned. I wouldn’t rebook

The apartment was modern and centrally located

The lift was out of order, major building work is going on to the side and behind, it was hot and fans provided were caked in dust and noisy so we refused to use them. Lights in the lounge didn’t work and TV wouldn’t connect to internet as it didn’t find the wife router details provided at check in. The apartment had also been poorly cleaned, drawers not checked and quite dusty. Asked for extra linen for the sofa bed but had to chase again when we arrived. Staff were on hand and engaging but none the less a disappointment.
