Three bedrooms sleep up to seven guests; there are two bathrooms and a cloakroom. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate larger groups. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The house is tastefully decorated. It’s large and airy. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. The location is brilliant. Car parking space is very welcome. Sabine is a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend

What a lovely home with great light! The place is super clean the beds and comfortable and the water pressure fantastic as well as plenty of hot water. Sabine is such a lovely host and insures you are very comfortable I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Bath. Also the location is close to everything but out of the chaos.
