Beautiful Character 3 Bed City Centre Apartment

Location was amazing. Very central. Lovely accomodation for up to 6 people. We particularly enjoyed the lounge area. Communication with host company was thorough.

The bathroom is a little dated. The shower wasnt so great either very hot or very cold. Not a huge problem but just to be aware of.

The property was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well-equipped and in a great location. We appreciated the supplies of tea, coffee and milk provided.

There were a few small issues, none of which affected our enjoyment of the holiday, but which I’d like to make the owners aware of. The most important of these is that one of our party accidentally entered the flat below ours, thinking it was ours - she only managed to do this because the key to our apartment (flat 3) also opened the door of the one below (flat 2). This needs to be rectified asap. Less importantly, the light above the bathroom mirror does not work. The water pressure and temper of the shower are affected if a tap is running elsewhere in the apartment. It would have been helpful to have a manual of useful information in written form in the flat, rather than just from a link on emails. Some of the information in the email link was also out of date, most noticeably the WiFi network and password - there appears to have been a new router since the information was last updated.

That it was comfortable and near to everything.

That at night it was very hard to sleep as there was lots of music and noise outside till around 3am

Location and size of property

Did not have access to WiFi. It took an entire evening to sort and the shower was very intermittent going hot to cold all the time.
