Perfect location right in the centre. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

Location was superb, kitchen was modern, lovely big bedrooms. On third floor so lots of stairs which was good for fitness after eating out way around Bath!

Great location but please tell Truvi to STOP!

Great location in centre of Bath.

I did not enjoy being contacted by Truvi by text and email about 30 times. They were trying to get me to take out an insurance policy to cover any damages. I queried this with the owner who confirmed this was not necessary but Truvi continued to contact me using wording like "you need to verify your details to complete your booking". This makes it sound like this is required when it is not.

Excellent location, clean apartment and well kept.

The property was the perfect location - close enough to the city centre that you could walk wherever you needed to in minutes! Lovely selection of breakfast lunch and dinner places nearby too, as well as a Sainsbury’s local so you could easily pop out to get any amenities. The flat itself was a very decent size in a gorgeous building, it was very nicely furnished and each bedroom was a generous size. We visited with 7 guests and felt like there was plenty of space for us all. Have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely keep it in mind for future stays in both for ourselves and as a recommendation for friends and family.

The only critique would be that some of the furniture felt a little unsteady/squeaky but not so much that it prevented fair usage.

Lovely apartment but stairs are a killer

The location was excellent. Apartment itself was spacious and beautiful. Bedding comfortable.

We struggled with the 60 steps up to the apartment. You need to mention it in your description of apartment. Not suitable for elderly, mobility restricted etc. Shower shocking and kettle didn’t work. No milk for a cuppa on arrival.

Cost flat in a central

The location was excellent and the flat cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and the heating worked very well.

The bathroom and carpet in the flat was a bit ‘tired’ and could do with upgrading.

Fantastic location but poor quality facilities

Location was absolutely perfect and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 people to stay comfortably.

The shower was shockingly pathetic, kitchen utensils were minimal and the kettle did not work. The bedroom furniture was very poor quality and falling apart in places. There was no ledge or cupboard in the bathroom - nowhere for 1 persons wash kit, let alone 6! Some belongings were left behind and we received what appeared to be just an automated holding response to our enquiries. Even a “sorry but we’ve not found them” would have been better.

Perfect location - great option for a stay in Bath

Great location. Lots of shops and places to eat near by. Walking distance to attractions. Comfortable and clean. I would recommend and stay here if I was visiting bath again.

There was a mix up with our booking. We didn’t end up staying in the apartment we booked. Host did try to sort this out however the other guests did not swap over as agreed. This was a little frustrating as the booking was a surprise birthday present for my husband and we spend the first part of our holiday trying to sort this out and getting shouted out by other guests. We had booked 3 bedrooms but ended up with 2. The stay was lovely despite this but should not have happened.

Short stay for attending daughters graduation ceremony

Location of the property was brilliant, right in the center of Bath. A Sainsbury's express right across the road and a little fruit and veg market a couple times a week. The rooms were a lovely size and the kitchen had everything you might need. Liked the little extra touches such as the umbrella's in the hallway in case of rain.

Although there was an iron there was no ironing board so we were having to use the floor which wasn't ideal. We were on the very top floor so there were lots of stairs to climb which we weren't aware of beforehand.

Overall worked well for us for a city break

Central location and all bedrooms a good size

No opportunity to recycle waste. The street noise was excessive late into the night then the gulls kicked in early morning ( appreciate not the owners fault). You need to be reasonably fit to climb the stairs

Lovely stay in great location

Very easy access with keys from lock box, apartment is in a great location and is well fitted out. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and it was super central to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious for all of us. Heating option was great in late March when we stayed. Be aware there are three flights of stairs to manage with baggage, wasn’t a problem for us but might be if you had big bags. Only downside for us was the 4pm check in which is late compared to other options we looked at. Overall we would definitely recommend .

Beds were ok but not super comfy, could have had more toiletries in the bathroom.

Brilliant location for a group of friends wanting to experience Bath, everything is within walking distance. Property is perfect size for 6 people, great sized rooms with comfy beds. Lovely lounge area for socialising.

One bathroom between six people was a struggle but can’t be helped.

Easy to access on arrival, clean and spacious accommodation and right in the middle of the action.

The apartment was clean, spacious, nice linens and towels and well serviced. On the third floor but you need the steps after enjoying all of the great restaurants on the door step. Great location and a great price.

Fabulous apartment in a central location in easy reach of all Baths amenities.

Perfect location with all main attractions nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and any questions were answered very quickly and in a helpful manner. Thoroughly recommend this property.

Excellent location but poor standards

Location is great. Eight in the centre of Bath with all the shops, parks and restaurants at your doorstep.

The place wasn't clean and safe. Power sockets loose on walls, cracked glass panel in the bathroom ceiling, which also grew black mould all around it. We even heard the bird nesting in there between the glass and the ceiling. No hairdryer, dirty kitchen bin, mouldy toothbrush cup holder in the bathroom, mouldy silicon in the bath, broken shower head, fireplaces had piles of someone's hair and dust in them. I'm currently trying to get a refund and definitely wouldn't recommend staying there if you care about cleanliness. APEX Hotel is close by - cheaper and cleaner

Great location in the centre of Bath. Really helpful booking team - always answered my questions very quickly and were really helpful. Nicely decorated.

Everything was great. The shower wasn't very powerful but we were on the top floor of a large building so we can't expect the pressure to be that high.

didn’t realise it was on the 3rd floor - we booked this for my mums 80th and so many stairs! although the stairs are not steep and relatively easy to climb, but it did mean that we tried not too pop in an out so often due to the amount of stairs

The shower is rubbish ,it runs terrifically Hot and then freezing cold ! Can’t be regulated. The plug hole was full of hair from months previously.

Great central location. Good sized comfortable bedrooms for us all (5 in our party). Cosy and warm for a November weekend.

Could do with a 'slip mat' in the bathroom as the shower is over bath. A spare set of keys would be useful - going off in different directions and/or coming back at different times is awkward even using the key safe. Curtains need replacing in the front bedroom!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat funktioniert - Safe mit Code bei der Eingangstüre. Die Lage ist wirklich super in einem Teil der Füssgängerzone und der Rest der Füssgängerzone ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer wackelt gewaltig - sollte ersetzt werden. Das schlimmste war allerdings, das ich von einer Agentur angeschrieben wurde und eine Mobiliar-Versicherung abschliessen musste um die restlichen informationen zu erhalten. Dies ist eine versteckte Zusatzgebühr - geht gar nicht.
