The house was in a superb location, in the middle of all the sights, and having parking nearby is a real bonus. The house was tidy, nicely decorated and had a good selection of books!
Some decoration tired and tatty- bathroom tiles loose and we found a slug in there! Kitchen not particularly well equipped, one mug cracked. No handrail to very steep stairs, listing not clear that 4 stories.

excellent central location so a great base from which to explore Bath. very comfortable beds
lounge furniture is very uncomfortable and so difficult to relax in the evenings! main issue was incorrect directions supplied by the agent for the parking space, resulting in having to pay for long stay parking for the first evening and day. In spite of a telephone call and txt to the agent we never received correct directions to parking space.
