Great for short stay in Bath with friends. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re after somewhere quiet.

Good location and contained everything you might need for your stay. Really clean. Secure.

Bigger towels, more hooks and nowhere to hang coats. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable so didn’t sleep great and lots of noise from upstairs apartment.

Gem of an apartment in beautiful Bath

Fabulous apartment, lovely homely touches (walked in to Christmas tree lights on!), beautiful decor and everything you could need in kitchen. Wonderful to be able to do some washing or cook a meal after travelling for several weeks. Gorgeous sitting room, so plenty of space for a small family. Hosts were very responsive and kept in touch throughout. Retrieving key on entry very easy process with clear directions prior. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Flat OK, but location not worth the money. Ridiculous door code machine problem ruined my stay.

Flat was very clean inside.

Firstly this is a commercial letting company not a private rental which is not clear upon booking. The location was ok but not as perfect as some of the reviews. It is next to a horrible looking accountants shop and not close enough to the station or the centre of town so had to get cabs frequently. TOTAL DISASTER WITH THE ACCESS CODE DOOR!!! It ruined my stay as I could not get into the property on the Saturday evening as the it broke and the number on Booking.com was not the correct contact number apparently. I did get through to someone who had to call a locksmith. I did not have a chance to freshen up before dinner and our Saturday night was a write off as we had booked a table for dinner and were late. Were offered late checkout for free but we only needed to stay an extra hour and a half so not enough compensation I feel. Very disappointing.

Clean, beautiful and homely apartment

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and had an incredible time. The attention to detail from the host was very apparent and all of the furnishings and inclusions in the apartment really made it feel like a home away from home. The cleaning was impeccable.

Great place to stay

Excellent location with nearly everything we needed

I was disappointed that, as we were staying for 8 nights, the sheets and towels weren't changed. A shelf in the shower would have been nice for soap and shampoo. The TV size is totally inadequate for the size of the room. Quite a lot of noise from flat above particularly at weekends

I would definitely come back and stay here when in Bath.

The whole apartment was very clean, complete, spacious, and pleasant. No issues checking in and out. Glad it is just on the first floor, so just a few steps to climb. The bed and sofa bed were both comfy especially after a busy day. Had some milk and ice ready on the fridge which is really thoughtful. Very convenient location as it is close to a bus stop, and few minutes walk to Tesco express and to the river.

The contemporary kitchen and bathroom that were new and clean. Decor was great. Great location, we walked everywhere to visit the things in Bath we wanted to see.

The sofa bed really doesn't compare to a bed. So expect sleeping on a sofa, because you are. And you do hear every footstep above you from the flat above.

Sofa bed was worn and uncomfortable and may I suggest an entrance buzzer or doorbell-we had a hairdresser,florist and make ip artist arrive and they had difficulty letting us know when they arrived.

Good but could have been better.

The apartment is very close to Bath town centre. It is nicely decorated throughout. Milk, tea/coffee and biscuits available on arrival.

The WIFI was very poor, I was trying to work on my laptop and if you had the living room door shut, it didn't work at all. There is no storage space in the bathroom, no shelves. If you have 4 people staying, there is no where to put any of your toiletries, toothbrushes etc. We had less than 2 whole toilet rolls for 3 nights and 3 people staying, ran out and had to use the kitchen roll. How much does it cost to leave more toilet rolls, considering how much I paid for the stay. Road is very noisy for anyone staying on the sofa bed.

Excellent and perfect location for town or hospital visiting.

A bright spacious apartment with excellent facilities. A lovely welcome to find fresh milk and biscuits provided. Quiet restful bedroom overlooking the trees and with windows that opened for fresh air. Loved the yellow chair in the sitting room, very comfortable. The Owner was most helpful in providing laundry detergent promptly as it had run out. Buses ran past the front door for the Royal United Hospital.

No visible signage. It was a little tricky to locate as my map sent me to the accommodation a couple of doors down. They redirected me up the road and I was unsure if the door I did open would take me to the Willoughby apartment. A small sign on the front street door would have been helpful. The stairs are quite steep.

Apartment was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated throughout. The location was great and within walking distance to the town centre.

4 adults shared the apartment which was fine, however the sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable and not ideal for 2 adults.

Location was excellent. The apartment had everything you needed and very clean. A few essentials to use too.

The sofa in the lounge very uncomfortable, it's a sofa bed, which we didn't use, so can't comment on that, but as a sofa 😞

Anniversary Stay in Bath

The property was centrally located, exceptionally clean, and the perfect size for a couple. The hosts were informative and friendly. Great facilities had we wanted to stay longer, and we enjoyed the keyless entry meaning no worrying about losing keys.

We would have loved some travel sized toiletries in the bathroom - there was no hand soap or shower gel and it wasn’t stated that none would be provided, so we had to go out and buy some. I think perhaps a shelf in the bathroom for guests to store their toiletries would also be handy, although I understand space is limited.

Central Bath apartment.

Clean and near to city centre. Very comfy bed. Very quiet in bedroom so easy to sleep. Very nice kitchen Decor mostly good, just needs keeping on top of.

Flat was freezing when we arrived, took most of evening to warm up. Had to sit.on coats. Would have expected it to be warm and inviting especially in November. Sofa very uncomfortable to sit and watch tv -needs replacing Some unfinished niggles, no fireplace surround, bathroom/shower fittings loose. Hole in wall where door handle has hit when entering flat.

Alles. Sieht toll aus, ist super gemütlich und 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt.
