Great location, and had everything we needed!

The location is very convenient to the city center, very walkable. Kitchen was well furnished. We loved being right across from the park.

There was a fair bit of noise from the other flat owners letting front doors bang repeatedly late at night but that did eventually stop.

We had a great stay and would recommend!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great - everything was close and within walking distance. A grocery store was very close, too - about a five minute walk. We had great communication with the owners and had a great stay. We would stay here again!

There is no on-site parking- we parked at a parking lot 0.5 mile away. The apartment was on the top floor, so there were lots of stairs to take luggage up and down. The location and comfort of the apartment outweighed these negatives though. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Great location and good accommodation.

Everything was nice for our stay and the location is great for walking the city. Having the two large windows in the living room, facing the park, made for a truly lovely atmosphere, sunny with a nice breeze.

I think beds in the U.K. are generally much harder than i the U.S., so they were not really comfy, but amongst our other stays, these beds were among the best.

Location perfect for few days discovering Bath!

Very light apartment, good size rooms and great location. The apartment livingroom and the bedrooms were clean and smelled nice.

Kitchen surfaces and cupboards were bit sticky and overall the kitchen could have been cleaner. Don’t think cleaning crew checked it well after the previous guest left. Would have been a 10 otherwise.

Beautiful view, spacious apartment

It has a beautiful view of the park. It’s clean, spacious and a short walk to the areas of interest.

The shower in the en-suite bedroom was a bit small to fit in comfortably but it did not damper our stay at all!

really comfortable and conveniently located

We loved the period property and the green view across the park, and the great location on a no-through road and a short walk to the centre. It was a well thought out and really comfortable place to stay, with nice furnishings and a thoughtful bottle of wine! We will be back.

Excellent location, very close to the centre. Spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful communication with the host.

Only downside is four flights of stairs with no lift, which will be unsuitable for some people. But as we knew ahead of time, we were fine.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my visit. The guesthouse was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable lounge area, making my stay feel just like home. I would highly recommend this thouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bath Spa.

The owner is lovely and extremely helpful and on the ball with any queries. The flat was lovely and spacious and clean.

top level of the building but it wasn’t to bad once your suitcases were in. There was quite a lot of noise from above us- especially in the early hours of the morning yet we thought we were top flat.

Comfortable, clean, home from home. Convenient location. Helen was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

There are a lot of stairs if you have heavy luggage. Residents above could be heard moving around. The signal on the tv isn’t that great.

Clean, Quiet Georgian Apartment in Beautiful Bath UK -

A beautiful, super clean Georgian Apartment on the edge of the tourist district. Approximately 10+ minutes walk from the Train/Bus station with traffic + some construction along this path. Nice to have a Washer + dry rack available. As seen in photos - just a bit Petite in size. We had 4 adults that were comfortable. Living/Dining Room + Kitchen are roomy with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is well appointed. Bathrooms are very nice just compact. Location is convenient to Restaurants/Grocery - plenty of options within 1 block. Our host provided codes to access door keys which worked very well for our entry.

2 Quiet bedrooms but rooms + beds are petite. Master bed was acceptable but I had to keep my luggage in the dining room, NO extra space to keep in the bedroom. The 2 Twin beds are a TINY size (More like child width size compared to other places we stayed on this trip). Apartment neighborhood is very nice - however street lighting is very weak/sparse and a bit DARK when walking home at night. There are 2 flights of stairs which was challenging for some with luggage. ** Also, this apartment does NOT have A/C. The windows all open allowing a free flow of air. When the temperature is cool it is lovely but in the summertime would be problematic for those accustomed to A/C.

Lovely stay in beautiful Bath

Beautiful apartment in a lovely building overlooking the park. Nicely decorated. It was great having two bathrooms and also being able to use the sofa bed in the lounge. We appreciated the fans in the hot weather. Location is fantastic, everything is right on the doorstep and having a supermarket round the corner was really helpful. Helen, the host, was really helpful and lent us an adapter for the shaver. Communication with Helen was brilliant throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing for me would be to have a choice of pillows. I’m probably being super picky but I’d much rather a soft feather pillow, but this was a minor issue given everything else was perfect 👍

Very nice place to stay!

Location was excellent, rooms all very pleasant, all very clean. Nice touches like fans in all rooms! Very very friendly and helpful engagement from Helen. Would definitely go back.

Few minor items but it didnt spoil our stay. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with an update (e.g. knives...bits coming off)...biscuits etc provided but too nervous to touch as not clear how long they have been there and if anyone had touched them etc as they were out of packet and in a jar. Also toilet seats don't fit well.

Excellent stay overall

Location was excellent, very convenient for the city. Lounge was very spacious and comfortable and kitchen was a decent size and well equipped. Very helpful to have a parking permit and it was easy to leave a second car at a Park & Ride location. You really don't need a car in Bath though.

There was not much storage space for clothes, which was a bit of a drawback as we had come down for a wedding with a lot of clothing. Second bedroom was rather small. Both bedrooms overlook the loading bay of a large Sainsbury store which resulted in a fair bit of noise at night.

Perfect

Great location, 5 minute walk into the centre with parking permit available for the duration of our stay. Apartment was clean & tidy, airy & spacious. Kitchen well equipped with modern appliances. Lounge very comfortable with a nice added touch of a Christmas Tree & red wine on arrival. Local Sainsburys next door to purchase provisions. Lovely 2 day stay. Would definitely stay again.

Some road noise to the rear, could benefit from Secondary glazing in main bedroom.
