Spacious Central Bath Apartment with Terrace

The location was excellent and we loved having the terrace to sit out on with a cup of tea when the sun was shining

Loved location and ease to get into apt.

I would suggest not driving to Bath, parking expensive. And the only thing we could have had more of was hooks or a rack for bath towels.

The outstanding feature is the terrace, which makes the property very special. Everything else is very comfortable, shower good, kitchen equipment good, and location excellent for seeing Bath on foot.

Nothing we didn't actually like, but access involved lots of keys, a heavy door and at night an iron gate. A bit of noise from the upstairs flat. Some outdoor cushions, a lantern, plants would be nice for the very special terrace. Teabags were provided but they were camomile! We found the previous residents' towels hanging to dry on the bedroom door - this is the only place we have ever stayed where we had been asked to hang towels to dry (we wonder why, as they are going to be washed) rather than left in the bath or shower. Similarly, we would have been perfectly happy to recycle our rubbish, rather than leave it for someone to sort through - which feels a bit of an invasion of privacy! Finally - and obviously this is always down to personal taste - we question the choice of such very bold canvases and a huge cerise illuminated glass panel in such a classic Georgian Bath building.
