Charlotte Street Apartment

From our first interaction after booking through checkout, the host was exceptional. A personalized welcome sign greeting our family by name immediately won my daughter's heart and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The thoughtful touches continued throughout, from the generously stocked breakfast provisions and high-quality teas to the plentiful toiletries, fans in each bedroom, radio in the kitchen, and excellent recommendations for Bath. The flat was beautifully decorated, check-in was seamless, and everything felt carefully considered and intentional.

Very little. Temperatures were unusually warm during our mid-June stay, so the flat felt a bit warm at times, though the fans in each bedroom helped considerably. Opening the windows provided additional cooling, though naturally this meant hearing more of the city outside, including pedestrians, birds, and the occasional siren. Checkout felt slightly rushed due to an early luggage drop-off for the next guest, and the host stopped by before our departure while we were in the process of finishing packing, securing the keys, and meeting a waiting Uber. The timing created a bit of stress in the moment but was ultimately a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay. We would happily stay here again.

WOW!! What a place! My family absolutely loved our stay here. They said it was one of their favorite places we've ever stayed. Such a beautiful, well-cared-for flat. Everything was so thoughtfully done with so many great little surprises from robes to umbrellas to a Nespresso machine. Great location within walking distance to everything in Bath. The host was lovely and provided a nice continental breakfast for us, which was a great way to start the day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Warm during our stay, so we had the windows up in the evening, and cars would rev and fly down the street, followed shortly after by sirens late into the night. Haha. I think maybe there was something going on in the city while we were there because it seemed odd for such a nice residential street. So maybe some street noise issues on warm days, but it wouldn't stop us from staying again! Fabulous place!!

The apartment is really beautiful, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was really generous as were the toiletries etc. The location is perfect, so near the Royal Crescent.

Parking was just a 2 minute walk. Ideal location for exploring Bath. Rooms were bright and clean. Host was very responsive to all of our needs. Would STRONGLY recommend.

Could use some more outlets for charging devices.
