Lovely and clean and safe area

Distance to walk from the center all up hill and hard to do with Elderly mum and suitcases. It’s further than stated so I would get an uber from the station

Property in need of a deep clean.

Amazing location, with fantastic kitchen facilities and a very generous breakfast basket. The flat was cosy, and well decorated. The host was super helpful and communicative, and gave some great info about the flat and things to do in the area.

It was bit small for four people, with the bed down, but was a good affordable option! The door was a bit sticky and we had to make sure to really pull to get it closed.

I liked the breakfast basket. It had some good items in there which was helpful for a quick bite before heading out to explore.

When i booked the property given the person I was travelling with was elder and had knee issues so we selected a ground floor two bedroom two bed property. Its hot and we cannot sleep in the same bed and room given her health. It was confusing when we reached it was on the first floor and then on arrival the apartment was extremely small and had only one bedroom. We had a long journey and she was tired and we just simply thought ohh maybe we made an error and did not really dwell on it after and just sort of accepted it. On the morning of leaving so today, my friend kept asking where we should leave dirty towels and used sheets do they give that information and she recently travelled and they had specific details so I thought let me check. On signing into the app and descriptions I noted that I did in fact purchase a two bed, it was on the ground floor and was flat 3 but we were given flat 5. The owner knew it was 2 people, they knew the descriptions we opted for but was trying to beat around the bush claiming we are just raising this now on the morning we are leaving to pay less. We already paid as soon as we confirmed or they confirmed our booking and money was gone. But we did not get what we paid for and what we wanted. Instead the description and images show as though its a two bedroom as there is clearly 2 images of a bedroom and on actually living there for 3 days now I realise its actually the same room shown twice. I feel extremely disappointed in this service. At no point once booking was confirmed did she actually confirm there was an error in the description and its actually one bed. If you knew what we are paying for then you ought to have highlighted this. I even asked for 2 fans due yo the heat wave to arrange which she did. At what point did she not get the hint that its 2 people 2 bedrooms we are seeking? Then Sharon is saying i will refund £20 for TV? What TV? And why £20?
