Funky decor
Downstairs bedroom was damp. Bathroom shower has only half a door, so it leaks water into the room.

Location was good, not far from town and the bus stop was close by. Layout, decoration, facilities & architecture of the flat was great, comfy and everything was working in order
Due to its historic nature, the building suffers from a persistent, unpleasant odor upon entry. While management has clearly made efforts to mitigate this, the scent remains uncomfortably noticeable, particularly when descending the stairs. On a positive note, the facilities were excellent, with a wonderful supply of food and eggs.
