Quirky apartment in good location. Generous with welcome pack, very clean bed linen etc.

We managed to park outside without parking penalty but no allocated parking but as a city centre this expected. Shower worked well but a little tired around the edges. It was overall excellent value and we would stay again.

A very cute and cozy apartment, it was very clean and all the amenities were excellent. The breakfast basket was cherry on top. Very near to the town center and local shops around.

Loved this little flat … good walkable location and value for money in my opinion

The shower head and toilet seat needed to be better secured … but on the whole this was very minor

No sleep due to rats/mice between the floorboard at night. Filthy in so many ways. So disappointed.

The location was good and easy enough to get the keys. Nice to have some cooking facilities and a fridge.

Unfortunately the flat was filthy, no pillow or mattress protectors, rats/mice under the floorboards chewing and running about and a broken toilet seat. Really awful in so many ways

Nice place in a perfect location

The accommodation was beautiful and perfectly located. The breakfast basket was a lovely surprise and really appreciated. The only minor issue was that Wi-Fi worked on some phones only through the QR code.

Charming Apartment with Excellent Host in Central Bath

• Sharon was an excellent, welcoming host • Fantastic location, just a short walk to the city centre • Lovely breakfast hamper provided • Nicely decorated with personal touches that made it feel homely Overall: A beautiful, well-located apartment with a wonderful host – small improvements needed, but still a great stay and definitely recommendable

• Musty smell (though softened with essential oils) • Bathroom could do with a little refurbishment • Beds were too soft for my liking

Beautiful Georgian town house apartment 😍👏

The breakfast was very generous! Lots of choice..mostly healthy! Tea coffee etc also..& plenty of milk! It was a very pretty apartment..slightly off the main rd so a quiet nights sleep!

It was pretty much perfect 👌...although we knew before booking the parking was alittle on the pricey side but you have to take this in and add to the overall booking fee ...which we were happy to do!

Excellent location. Cute, quirky and cosy flat. We appreciated the milk in the fridge.

The bathroom needed improvement. The shower head holder was broken. The toilet seat was loose. There was nowhere in the shower for toiletries. The light was not working in the basement. Some instructions for the microwave would be useful.

Had a nice stay. lovely place bath

Easy to find in a good location. Nice little apartment with everything you need. Could do with some tlc though. Cupboard doors loose, not many tv channels available. Mattresses not that comfy, maybe a topper needed. Food hamper was well received and Kept us going without needing to shop.

The apartment was very charming and tastefully decorated. Good value for money and responsive host. Welcome basket was a lovey gesture and it was nice to relax once arriving knowing we didn’t have to go straight out and buy essentials.

Stairs, there’s nothing to say that the apartment was spilt level. It just mentions ground floor. Spilt level isn’t ideal for someone with mobility problems. We had several issues, but some were rectified with the host.

Lovely place has all you need for a great break in Bath

Had everything we needed & was clean. Appreciated the breakfast basket, hosts were great.

WiFi took a while to get sorted but owners were v helpful and got a router to us. No coffee machine instructions - a simple cafetière would be nice. Trundle bed mattress could do with a topper as springy but slept fine. Minor things as we had a lovely stay.

Very disappointing for the cost

The location was great.

The beds were exceptionally uncomfortable, especially the single bed mattresses. The shower door bottom hinge was broken and the seal had gone so every time we showered the bathroom flooded. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work yet the one in the bedroom was on continuously and there was no obvious isolator so we could silence it. The TV only worked on BBC 1 & BBC 2. The WIFI did not work during our whole stay. We appreciate the property was at the lower end of the budget for accommodation in Bath but I don't believe that to be a reasonable & acceptable excuse. The accommodation could be excellent but it is very tired & unloved.

Great quirky place , loved the decor and homely feel. Absolutely wonderful welcome basket more than I needed but so grateful for the extra milk and yummy breakfast treats. Good location with a 15/20 min gentle and reasonably flat walk into town but also near local shops and take aways/restaurants etc whilst still being quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. perfect 🤩 The property is on a hill but it’s right at the bottom so it wasn’t an issue , as I’ve seen it mentioned in other reviews and wanted to clarify. Easy parking on parallel road (snow hill) Bedroom (with very comfortable bed) is on basement level so nice and quiet with living room /kitchen on the ground floor adds to the quirky feel. Good communication from the host for remote check in and a well stocked stay with the little things thought of and catered for , made for a great stay , thank you 😊

Very nice apartment...seemed like many negative issues in previous reviews had been addressed(There was no smell downstairs, bread and butter was provided). Good facilities and perfect size for 3 of us.

Traffic noise would bother you if you were looking for a lie in. Light sleepers should take some earplugs.

Only a short walk to the center of Bath and one cozy apartment, perfect for two people.

One phonecall and I got the code to the key and everything else I needed to know for my stay at the location. It was only a short walk down to the center of Bath and easy to find.

There was no sharp knife in the apartment. Kind of hard to cook anything when you can´t cut it. It was a bit cold but it is an old building.

A little further out from town than anticipated Road on a huge hill would have liked to have known before driving up to the top Extremely difficult getting back down Parking is very difficult be prepared to walk back to the apartment from Morrisons. Shower was broken, downstairs bedroom needs a good clean especially around the door handle. Nowhere to eat locally restaurants do not open on a Monday unless you go to the city. Especially expensive
