Definitely the location, ease of instructions and car parking access only minutes away.
A microwave would have been handy, steep stairs and the bed size - just a double

Really central and in the heat there was a fan so I felt cool Quiet considering the location and great having the bedroom at the back so nice and quiet
It would have been good to have long life milk as I was only staying for one night but great to have a coffee machine 😀

Location, cleanliness and flexibility around storing bags upon check in and out.
The shower cubicle was very small and not suitable for anyone over 6ft. Bedroom also very small and not enough room to get in and out of bed on both sides.
