It was a perfect location right in the centre of town

Location. Facilities
We found the door code difficult to work and were unable to open the door when we first got there. Contacting the manager about no hot water in the kitchen sink or bathroom basin and having to wait 2 days before we got a reply. Chipped cup in the kitchen

Location, cleanliness and flexibility around storing bags upon check in and out.
The shower cubicle was very small and not suitable for anyone over 6ft. Bedroom also very small and not enough room to get in and out of bed on both sides.
