Lack of information. I don’t think we were ever given the actual no. of property, had to check out various key safes until we found correct one. Also, situation with parking was unclear. We felt that there could be have been more information inside flat re kitchen appliances plus there were no tea towels etc provided.

I think the word "luxury" is being used very loosely. It's a perfectly functional apartment, but it is very basic and didn't reflect either the description or the price. A number of items were poor quality or not in great condition. The sofa was damaged with a nail protruding from the side, there were various stains around the apartment, and some of the furniture felt tired and lacked functionality. The washing machine also wasn't working when we arrived, and we actually had to pull back the kickboard underneath to reposition a wire ourselves to get it working. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was specifically because it had a washing machine, so this was disappointing. Also really limited in terms of glasses...ie one wine glass etc so if you are looking to relax and enjoy the apartment it is not that. Communication from the host was also poor. I contacted them regarding parking but received no reply, leaving me unsure whether I was parked in the correct space or at risk of being clamped. It's also worth noting that the "paid parking" mentioned in the listing is not included and is an additional charge. Overall, if this had been marketed as a standard apartment at a lower price point, I probably wouldn't have had any major complaints. However, given the cost and the way it is described, I don't feel it met expectations. I think previous reviews reflect a similar experience, and on that basis I wouldn't describe this property as luxurious. I wasn't planning on writing a review but it just kind of bothered me enough I wanted to highlight it to others.
