This is the 2nd time we have stayed here because of the great location and lovely cozy home. Good size flat, with lots of charm and lovely views. Very central and near everything in Bath. My toddlers loved looking down at all the vehicles from the big window. Coffee, tea and sugar were provided.
There are a lot of stairs but they are far from the worst stairs we have experienced.

Quirky, close to town. Nicely furnished and equipped.
The amount of messages received. It was irritating. The door took a while to open and it was raining hard. Ideally the locks need to be changed to make this easier for your guests. Just do this little thing and it makes a big diff .

Lovely place, great location, very well appointed.
Nothing to dislike but you need to be able to manage stairs

Location, close to train station and other tourist attractions
No heating, only came on when we were leaving, didn’t bother me so much but my 83 year old mother-in-law was feeling very cold, tried contacting the property who said they would change it remotely which didn’t make a difference. Too many stairs as well if your mobility isn’t great, which are very steep and narrow, the initial climb up the stairs had no proper hand rail. Bed side lights didn’t work in one of the rooms.
